No, becuase it was supposed to just be a flash of a ghost going across the room. Like, supernatural activity caught on tape. It wasn't supposed to be something that surprised and scared the fuck out of you by screaming.

Was this a really long flash movie that had images of possible ghosts? Urban Legends something-or-other? I think I saw this. When it said "Look Closely" "Look Really Closely!!!!" I knew what was going to happen so I turned around just in time, but I still heard the scream. Fuck, I hate these sites because shit like that seriously messes with me mentally.

I actually saw that one a few weeks ago, and when it said "look closely", I closed the window, becuase I KNEW something was gonna happen.

Oh, man. I got snookered on one of those a few weeks ago. I really hate being startled into an adreneline rush, and my speakers had been turned up really loud for something else. The site itself probably has a warning, but when someone links you in a chatroom directly to the picture, you get no warning. It's a really mean trick.

There was actually a *huge* fight about those on MLPTP, because someone posted one saying "Watch this! It's great, and make sure you have your speakers turned up!" A *bunch* of people fell for it, thinking it was perhaps a cute little singing bear or something (you know, something enjoyable). Several had their children in to watch, as well (the board is G-rated, since it is centered around My Little Ponies, anyway, and many of the collectors have young daughters that surf with them), and it just BLEW UP. Also, some of the people were at work when they clicked the link. Not too cool. The initial poster said that if they had posted a warning, no one would have liked it, and everyone else was pretty much against them. I, myself, clicked the link, and thought it was pretty neat, but yes, they SHOULD come with a warning.

I found something else to hate...

- When you have a USB device that doesn't work with the SP2, format the PC, don't install the SP2 and then don't even have the time to reinstall anything cause you haven't been onto your favorite website one second that you get Sasser and Co. Then you install an antivirus, anti-spyware + a registry cleaner, and there's still a problem, so... you format the drive alltogether, thanking God you made three partitions on the hard drive u_u;;;;

When your DVD burner and your computer take two different types of CDs....I wanted to burn a CD of that Shanghai Fankan, and my DVD player only takes DVD-R, and the computer only takes DVD+R

Something else about the internet that annoys me to no end...

...having to take tests and schedule classes online. My school relies way too heavily on it in my opinion (not the test part so much as the scheduling part. Most teachers don't give their tests on the internet here.)

- "Cartoon Dollz sites" his annoys me to no end. I concider myself to be a pixel artist and when people use "dollzmakerz" and spam every where "OMG LOOK AT THE THING 1 MADE!!! SU AWSOME!" Dragging the clothes onto some cheaply made basedoll isn't making a doll. Drawing the base (or kindly using a template) and drawing the clothes on it by hand is making

- People who spam pr0n on random forums. Its bad enough as it is but when you use pictures..? Sickening

I actually lick "screamers" ^__^ I like the adraenaline rush and I make screamers to, but I respect people who don;t like them

I was scared of them when I was little. My mother showed me one when I was 6 or 7. Scared. for. life. Even to this day, I cant watch the screamer with urban legends.

(Hint: If watching flash videos on a site, screamers are most likely under "Prank" but can be under Loops (I fell for it ;_; )

One VERY annoying thing on Myspace...
Someone hacks into your friend's profile and sends this message that says "LOL watch this". And you click on the play button thinking it's a funny video...nope. Of course, a stupid porn site pops up and when you try to click out of it this little box pops up saying something like, "Wait! You haven't seen the rest of the site yet!" And it won't let you go. I couldn't even Crtl+Alt+Delete my way out, I had to shut off my freakin monitor. >.< ARGGGH.

If anybody is on MySpace and gets a message like this from a friend...LEAVE IT.

-people who post their photo on a forum and say they are very ugly. But the person in the photo is often attractive, and everyone else has to say "Oh, you're not ugly! You're so cute!"
I understand that some people have lower self esteem than others, but most of the time, it's just fishing for compliments.

-Likewise, people who post artwork and just bash their art. Again yes, some people are more critical of themselves, but mostly it's fishing for compliments. I have this very perverse desire to tell people who do this: yes, your art is terrible and you should stop drawing and do us all a favor and delete your art from the Internet forever, and then burn the orginal.

*I've seen people from the WrestleCrap boards who insist on putting the latest WrestleCrap fad into Wikipedia (e.g., Lex Luger's "I DON'T KNOOOOW!", Dennis Stamp, "It's still real to me, dammit!" guy), and then they bash Wikipedia, calling those who revert their edits "fascists".

Forums where an avatar has to be an exact size. Not 100x100 and under, but exactly 100x100. 99% of the time my avatars come out distorted because of this.

im truly sick of getting used to an operating system then having a new one come out and being like a fish out of water trying to figure it out. And am I the only one that hates that Vista prompts for just about everything you try to do? I understand they want to try to make your pc safe but gah if I am connecting a device to transfer stuff, or just copying something to notepad I dont need to be asked everytime am I sure I want to do something. It gets aggrivating. And im not sure how to turn off the prompts if there is even a way...grumbles.

I can't stand forums where every post is threaded (where you click on a link to every post instead of reading it straight down, like SMU does). I prefer to read posts one after another, instead of clicking, waiting to load, reading a pointless message, and then clicking the next one...

The old Voltron forum used to be like that. I hate forums like that too, especially when it was the Voltron forum, because all those people do is get off topic (constantly) about things.

when I look up something I get tons of porn sites, and when I finally find a link to the EXACT thing I'm looking for the link is broken 9 times out of 10.

One thing that has been bugging me lately is are people who think that by posting "in my opinion", "no offense" or a smiley they can say whatever the hell rude thing they want, and no one can't get mad cuz they used a smiley!

lol I despise "no offense" before a statment of opinion. It's pretty much just announcing that you know it could be offensive, but yet you're hoping to god the other person isn't smart enough to catch the fact that it's probably offensive.

I think I said it before but I truly hate vista now. Got 3 new computers up in this house and finally got the satellite put in for the internet today and guess what? cant get the darn things networked..why? because vista is so damned confusing, so I give up called a Geek Squad agent and hopefully after tommorrow he'll be able to get this done cause right now only one pc (the one that isnt mine of course) can get online at highspeed which really blows was looking forward to finally enjoying the internet again. Ahh well just makes me want to give Bill Gates a wedgie more and more.
