Alanis Morissette's "So Called Chaos"

Post by FoxFire » Thu May 20, 2004 6:57 pm

Has anyone else got Alanis Morissette's new CD yet? I'm a huge fan of her work so I picked the day it was released on the first oppurtunity I got, and although I wouldn't call it her best work I am not dissapointed. It's pretty much in the style of her last album, combining the the type of aingst-ridden songs from her first (American) album with the Indian inspired melodies of her second (American) album. So far Everything is getting all the airplay but I think Doth I Protest Too Much and Knees of My Bees are the breakthrough songs. Excuses, Eight Easy Steps and the title song aren't half bad either.
