Since I am the one who made this thread, I must apologize for it. I read the petition, and was not thinking that it may have been a joke at all, and just got mad without figuring out all the facts. Now that I've had time to calm down, I am thinking clearly on it. I am going to ignore things like this from now on.

I don't think it's really necessary--you weren't the only one fooled. Even granting that it is humor, it's in rather bad taste to put up a joke page that can be interpreted as something so offensive. It also says something about the lunatic fringe that we would believe that such a thing could be real.

...they are pod people. My book tell me that's how all christians were made.

I remember seeing this and laughing at it a while ago. Petitions mean nothing to me if they are online, so I never take them seriously. This is an example of why. ^_^
Actually, the webmaster of the most popular cult site on the internet (Ole CAPpy, who has been talked about on these forums before) adopted/fostered all his (aside from two--one's his wife's son from a previous marriage, the other is his). He's had 28 kids in his house (8 of which were adopted), so ludicrous ideals aside, he certainly knows where he's coming from.
"That new girl? She seems kinda weird to me. And what kind of name is Buffy anyway?"
"Hey, Aphrodisia!"
--unaired Buffy pilot

If you're reading this, then you've lost the game.

*blink* Uh...I have no idea what that has to do with what I said, since I asked how the Christian man plans on reproducing (physically making kids of his own, not adopting or fostering them) without having any naked, physical contact with his wife.

Joey: The question is, Rachel, does he like you? ''Cuz if he doesn''t, then it''s all just a moo point.
Rachel: Huh...a...moo point?
Joey: Yeah. It''''s like a cow''s opinion. It doesn''t matter....It''s moo.

4 Words: It is a joke.
"I loved you. I was a pentapod monster, but I love you. I was despicable and brutal and turpid, mais je t'aimais, je t'aimais. And there were times when I knew how you felt, and it was hell to know it. My Lolita girl, brave Dolly Schuller."

All right. I've had it.

I said clearly:
THIS IS GOING TO BE SAID ONE LAST TIME BEFORE I START WARNING PEOPLE.

It. Is. A. Joke. We've established that. It's admitted it's a joke. The email address proves it's a joke. People, please read all of the damn posts.
DuoTheShinigami02, You have been officially warned. If another damn person posts in this thread without reading all of the posts, and therefore, does not get the fact that this is a joke, this thread will be locked.

Tiff-san, it may be a good idea to go ahead and lock this thread, just to prevent anyone else from saying that. And I may have just contradicted my very reason for opening this thread, but I did apologize for it, and again I am sorry.

s'not your fault, there is no need to apologize.

I am just so tired of people not reading all of the posts. It isn't that hard.

I'm taking your advice. Topic locked.
