I'm writing this Sailor Moon/Green Lantern crossover AU fic called "Emerald Sunrise". It's a hybrid of Action/Adventure, Sci-Fi, Romance, and Comedy. It's about Ami (Sailor Mercury) getting a new boyfriend who just happens to be a member of The Green Lantern Corps. I'm also throwing in some other characters from other animes and some old Hanna-Barbera cartoons from the late '60's early '70's. I'm also illustrating it as well.

Not really. They hide his other identity of "Eel O'Brien". "Eel" was once a crook who fell into a vat of unusual chemicals after he was wounded by police in a robbery. After a few days in bed, with the care of a monk, "Eel" reformed when he discovered he could stretch and bend into any shape he wished. He decided to use his newfound abilities on the side of Law, Order and Justice, atoning for his past sins. Ever since he has been a great asset for Justice.

Hmm, he's not exactly what I'm looking for, which is a superhero who wears glasses AND needs them to see.
I did find one, actually (so far as I can tell from the pictures of her, that is). Hazuki on Ojamajo Doremi! I think someone had an avatar of her, too. She's the first one so far as I know, who fits my criteria (unless she suffers the fate of Fuu and loses her glasses later on).

Since you guys are naming some anime characters, I'll name some too. Yomiko Readman from Read or Die has glasses. But she doesn't really transform. She can use her power over paper anywhere, anytime. 
If you liked Sailormoon, I'd suggest checking that out. It's not really mahou shoujo like Sailormoon, but if you are an action fan, there are lots of action.
