I'm sorta asking who hosts them and how you get them. These are the coolest forums I've ever been on.

I always wonder that too. I've been to a few other forums that are modeled like this as well, so I always thought there was some website you could go to if you wanted to make forums.

They are free boards. Only thing you need is webspace with database capablility and you can customize yours to your heart's content.

Well, at the bottom of each page it says it is powered by phpBB. They are neat ne? I want one too but I don't know if my server allows PHP.

I'd love to make one for my friends in Boston and New England, but they don't really hang around online much as it is. I doubt it would be that effective ^^;;
