One of the funniest things ever, is the episode off Family Guy where Peter pretends to be a miracle healer and God gets pissed and unleashes the plagues upon their house.
Peter: There has to be some sort of explanation for this.
Brian: You want an explanation? GOD *slap* IS *slap* PISSED *slap*!!!

I laughed soooooo hard when I saw that. My favorite funniest moment from a movie is from Dodgeball. It's when they get the wrong outfits and the team comes out in leather and chains attire. I laughed for at least 15 minutes afterward. My friend pretended not to know me because of how long I laughed

One of my favorites would be the "Black Beast of Arrrgh" from Monty Python and the Holy Grail, with the animator suffering a fatal heart attack. God, it cracks me up every time

I also love the "asshole" scene from Spaceballs, and the scene when the two guys in the ferrari fly through the air with that Star Wars music playing in Ferris Bueller's Day Off.

Here's another from the Simpsons, not exactly sure how it goes, but it cracks me up, the one with Lisa enrolling in tap class, with the one time child actress Vicky "The key to tap dancing is three simple words, tappa, tappa, tappa" and Lisa being like "I'm sorry, but I need a little more instructions than tappa, tappa, tappa" and Vicky saying "when I was your age, I had done 43 movies, and I did not get one, tappa, tappa, tappa. I would have killed for tappa, tappa, tappa." lol

hahahah that's funny. I love that episode. I think the entire Mr Sparkle was pretty funny too. It was fun to hear/read all the Japanese in this episode.

EDIT: I cannot figure out which episode you're taling about, peach. I might have missed something.

that scene really gets me also. I also find that Homer's antics to be very funny too.
