I used to write Dragonball Z fanfics, even though they were incredibly stupid because they didn't follow the story and they were dub-based. I actually have a Sailor Moon parody fanfic that deals with DiC taking over the Japanese version and then all the sudden everyone has stupid lines and stupid voices and a bunch of wierd stuff happens. If anyone wants to see it, catch me on AIM. I plan to update it soon because I have a whole bunch of other ideas to add to it ^^

I write "diaries" of sorts in a character's first-person view. I use the plots of the episodes but add that character's impressions and inner thoughts and such... just going a step further than the show.
They're actually pretty boring reads, as we all know what will happen... but ah, melodrama.

What is fan fiction I tried a topic called ideas for scouts and it got locked for being a fan fiction. I don't get it. Please help me understand
I explained the reason I locked your topic in my post.
This topic was simply asking who enjoyed reading/writing fan fictions. It isn't requesting for ideas or trying to discuss one's personal works. In this case, the way you worded your post, you were in an off-handed discussion about your fiction characters. This falls under the catagory "promotion of one's work", which is stated as a no-no in the rules.
Not to mention, you posted it in the Sailormoon section when it had nothing to do with sailormoon outside of the fact that the characters you wanted to discuss were derived from the Sailormoon fandom.
The purpose of the SailorMoon forum catagory is to discuss the Sailormoon Show (LiveAction and Anime) the manga and the characters. Not to discuss one's fan fiction or fan characters.

And really, why shouldn't we be afraid? In case you haven't heard, life is terminal. Cigarettes will kill you. So will your cellphone. Your car is a deadly weapon and alcohol is a quiet killer. Don't lick the lead-based paint on the walls. Don't lick the back of a postage stamp and certainly don't lick any strangers! That will bring you down quickly indeed. Don't drink the water but don't drink less than eight glasses a day. Your enviroment is toxic, your natural resources are dwindling, your days are numbered, but what ever you do, don't panic!
