Everyone has a least favorite character, no matter how forgiving they are. But there are some that feel they should give them a second chance, depending on what situation they're in or how much potential they have to change.
Which characters that you usually dislike would you give the time of day to? This isn't just for anime/video game characters, and you can feel free to post as many---or as little---as you want. ^^;
~Oscar from Hey, Arnold!
~Miaka from Fushigi Yuugi
Yes, those are the only characters, out of every show I've seen... ¬¬
Characters you normally don't like...

Lana - Smallville - Dear gods, she's not even that wonderful, and everyone seems to love her. She's irritating and can never make up her mind about what she wants. She's everythign I cannot stand about a woman.

Joey: The question is, Rachel, does he like you? ''Cuz if he doesn''t, then it''s all just a moo point.
Rachel: Huh...a...moo point?
Joey: Yeah. It''''s like a cow''s opinion. It doesn''t matter....It''s moo.

Well for characters I gave a second chance...
Chibiusa / Rini :: Sailor Moon :: I used to hate her, and was even a member of CURE. I even made a powerpoint dedicated to pictures of her death. (Sorry Chibiusa lovers!!!) After watching through SuperS without loosing a single shred of sanity (Well...the sanity I have left...) I realized that she wasn't as bad a character as I thought. While I don't hate her anymore, I still don't like her. But I'd like to give her a chance. I think I'm finally starting to like her.
Seiya :: Sailor Moon :: After reading an extremely disturbing fanfic, I shunned her competely. After watching some clips of SMStars and reading though my manga a couple of times, I'm at the same point I am for Chibiusa, dont-like-yet-dont-hate. I'm hoping I'll be able to see her for the true character that she is, and begin to like her.
Prince Dimando / Diamond :: Sailor Moon :: Now that I think about it, he really wasn't that bad aside from the I-Will-Seduce-Sailor-Moon thing and his other various bad deeds. I think he deserves a second chance from me.
Fuma / Tiff (NO relation to the SMU Tiff!) :: Hoshi no Kaabii / Kirby: Right Back At Ya! :: I think she deserves a second chance from pretty much all Kirby watchers. Most people (including me at one point) believe that she reads and yells way too much. But she really is a smart character, and is the only one competent enough to figure out DeDeDe Daio (King DeDeDe's) plots, AKA the only one in the show besides Meta Knight to have a functioning brain. I think she deserves a second chance from us all.
Happy Holidays everyone!!!

Me: This is coming from the kid who doesn't know what Viagra is!
Ko: It's cold medicine, right?
Our Group: NO!!!
Me: Can I just say?
Dylan: Sure, it's no weirder than what normally comes out of your mouth.
Me: (says what)
Ko: .....What's that?
Me: ......*starts crying*
Carley: STEVE! STEVE GET OVER HERE AND TELL KO WHAT VIAGRA DOES!
Steve: See, it's like this: The bridge goes up and the soldiers rush out....
Tiff: Aww, you killed someone for me. That's so sweet in a f***ed up sort of way!

I honetsly can't stand Cobra Commander. He chides his underlings for stupid plans even though he's never really had a viable plan. The good ones were ones he'd end up ruining himself somehow. Even Snideley Whiplash had successful plans, Cobra Commander was one of those constant failures.
I really couldn't stand Baroness either. She was basically a female version of Spidey villain Chameleon with no real purpose for being in the show. So she wore masks, half the cast of GI Joe wore masks.

Tweety- Looney Tunes- sadistic, unfunny, and cruel for no reason. I always rooted for Sylvester to eat him. Tweety alone is why I don't like Friz Freleng as a cartoon director.
Bonkers D. Bobcat- Bonkers/Raw Toonage- a terrible clone of Roger Rabbit, who isn't 0.0000001% as likable as that hilarious rabbit. I'm glad Toon Disney only shows his show at 2:30 in the morning now.
Helga Pataki- Hey Arnold!- I'm a little more sympathetic towards her than my younger sister is because Helga's parents suck horribly (her father knows nothing about her, her mother seems like she's always drugged on something, they worship her older sister and care zilch for her, etc.). That might explain why she's always being mean to everyone until some huge revelation occurs to her that she should be nice for a change, and why she hates/loves Arnold so much to the point of obcession. Still don't like her, though.
Oknonkwo- Things Fall Apart- yeah, I know he's supposed to be the main character, and that you should care for him because life sucked in 19h century Africa and everything. But the only two emotions he ever showed were violence and fear. To me, Okonkwo got annoying very quickly, and his actions were unjustified, in my opinion.
Yuuki Miaka- Fushigi Yuugi- whiny, piggish crybaby who cares solely for herself and her boy-toy Tamahome. The fact that almost every other Watase Yuu heroine nowadays acts like her doesn't help, either.
Mousse- Ranma 1/2- a complete and utter ass solely interested in what he wants, especially in his ex-fiancee Shampoo that he wants back so badly (even though she and her grandmother have told him a million times to leave her alone already). And he certainly doesn't mind trampling/screwing others to get what he wants, either. His attempts at humor also fail to amuse me, and that's a no-no in a series that, as a whole, is a comedy.

Hmmm, these are all I could think off:
Duncan Macleod and Amanda from Highlander. Duncan whines too much and I'm bitter that Amanda got the spin off insted of Methos.
Anakin and Luke Skywalker, they whine way too much! What's with this family and whining? Thank kami the women of that family have some sense.....
Akito Souma from Fruits Basket. What an spoiled brat.

Borsk Fel'lya: Star Wars books.
almost EVERY SINGLE THING THIS BASTARD DOES is... HORRID!
I'm actually GLAD that he is killed in the book: Star by Star. thank god... that bastard didn't deserve to be created.

My least faves
Jar Jar Binks. 'Nuff said!
BTW, Scrappy-Doo and Wesley Crusher (from Star Trek: TNG) has nothing to do with this freak!

"After all these years, you know it's not about control. It's about trying to do everything I can. And for you, it's about setting an example. Everyone looks up to you. They listen to you. If you tell them to fight, they'll fight. But they need to be inspired, and let's face it, 'Superman'...the last time you really inspired anyone... was when you were dead." -- Batman, to Superman, Infinite Crisis, issue 1
