I think this whole thing with Britney is getting ridiculous. Why is it that no one's been able to grow a backbone and make her get help? Not this wishy-washy "yank custody today, partially reinstate it next week" crap that's been going on. Face it, she's not holding up her end of the deal; she's acting like a spoiled child and everyone's letting her get away with it.

I seriously hope she gets some sort of punishment for this, at the very least losing custody of her kids. I'm just so sick of her being coddled and allowed to have her way when the welfare of these kids is at stake.

Any sliver of sympathy I had for her before has dried up. These kids are nothing but pawns for her. If she truly cared for them shed get her ass in check and clean up. But they are a way to keep her name in the paper since her career is pretty much shot. Its just sad that instead of a music legacy when people think of her its just going to be another drugged up messed up celebrity who puts antics over actual talent.

Considering he's not mentally unstable, he already is. But then considering the fact that he engaged in the same behavior she did while they were married, he'd better shape up really quick or the kids will be in danger of being taken away from him, too.

My God, I wish I could find this clip of something I saw back when Britney was married to K-Fed and pregnant on MuchMusic (Canada's MTV). It was some little DJ/host for some show saying something to the effect of "Unlike a lot of girls, Britney's being smart. She's having her kids young while she's in a commited relationship..." and there was some more. That's not verbatim, but my hand to God the word's "Britney" "being smart" "having kids young" "and "commited relationship" formed a sentence.

If Britney was just some everyday person, her kids would have been yanked and adopted into a stable family the night they were conceived. But because she's in the public eye, she's had them for this long. That's just sad.
