I couldn't play the clip, but I saw the description and knew exactly what you were talking about. I saw that same clip on the news, and I did tear up. It warmed AND melted my heart to see the son running to his dad, and he was crying himself.

that tugged at the ole heart strings for sure I like seeing family reunions period even though the joy on a persons face and the tears of happiness can be overwhelming to overly hormonal chicks like me lol
"Have you been half asleep? And have youve heard voices?
I hear them calling my name."
Is this the sweet sound, that calls the young sailors?
The voice maybe one in the same.
Ive heard it too many times to ignore it,
its something that I sposed to be..
Someday we''''ll find it, the rainbow connection

That is just the saddest thing I have ever seen. It tugs at me. I wish that idiot would just stop the war. It's tearing up innocent families. Some fathers and mothers don't even get to come home. This war is stupid. I want it to end.

I watched that the other night. I had a particularly bad day, and watching this lifted my spirits. Just seeing that little boy cry and hug his daddy just made me happy because he was happy.

ADMIN MODE:

Yeah, you know, Bob specifically asked that people not make this about how THEY feel about the war, so it doesn't turn into a anti war vs pro war debate. He wanted to share something heartwarming and sweet with people.

There have been quite a few times you've gone against a mod or an admin, completely ignoring what they've said, and this is basically a "last chance" warning. Stop doing it.

Back on topic.

Joey: The question is, Rachel, does he like you? ''Cuz if he doesn''t, then it''s all just a moo point.
Rachel: Huh...a...moo point?
Joey: Yeah. It''''s like a cow''s opinion. It doesn''t matter....It''s moo.

I saw this on the morning news the other day T_T. The look on that kid's face is priceless. It makes you feel awful to think that the father could end up back in combat.
