I know several Robyn's/Robin's. Boys and Girls.

If I think about it my name is both boy/girl or whatever the big word was (ambigenderous?)

I don't think names matter near as much as some people want them to. Ity's just what people call you. I mean, you change your last name (girls anyway...) when you marry. I'll be changing my middle name when I do so. So why should it matter?

Oh, just for the record. I like the spelling of Ashley as Ashleigh. It just looks purty.

I really do like the name Tiffany. I remember my childhood friend was named Tiffany. ^__^ She was the greatest.

I also like Reeny/Rini. No, I didn't get it from Sailor Moon either. When I was little I saw the name Renee, and I read it as "Reeny", and it stuck with me ever since. So I was totally excited when I first heard the name in Sailor Moon.

For a boy, I really do like the name Peter.....too bad stupid people in this world had to mess with it and turn it into a stupid "nickname". -_____- Seriously, whoever comes up with stupid shit like that needs to be SHOT. Learn to respect people's names, damnit.[/endrant]

I always liked the name "Jenna". Possibly because my great-grandfather's name was "Joseph", and I thought about "Josephine", but I hated the name, so I shortened it. I always liked "Tiffany" and the variant spelling of "Rebekah".

For girls:Vitaani (don't you dare laugh! it's Swahili), Melody (song,duh), Anastasia (rise again, and I love that movie), Alexandrea (great protector), Isolde (beautiful or female ruler), and Aquata (I love water)

For guys: Carmine (song in Latin), Dembe (peace), Morgan (sea's edge), Antone (flourishing, and I love West Side Story), and Bernardo (bear, and WSS)

I'll never use all these, but they ARE my favourites.

I used to really love the name Miley....I was bored one day and I decided to go through the alphabet with different names that ryhme with Riley (Biley, Ciley, Diley, Filey, Giley...lol), and when I got to Miley I thought it was cute. I thought about Miley Jo, Miley Rose, Miley Rae...

But now whenever I bring it up, people ALWAYS ask, "Ohhhh did you get that from Hannah Montana? I love/hate that show." -__- No, I did not. And I don't like explaining myself.

Is that pronounced My-Lei? If it is, it's also a name of the Goddess of War/Battle in Rune Soldier Louie.

I saw the show, decided I liked the name and kept it on the back burner should I ever have a daughter.

Then I decided that it didn't sound serious enough if ever the child is naughty, so I coined the name Mylandra. And I put in the middle name of Jasmine.

And then imagine my surprise when I find out that Mylandra is not an original name.

A lot of the names I like start with E, but I wasn't intentionally going for an E theme, it's just a coincidence, lol.

Eli or maybe Elijah..

Girl:
Emma
Marissa

Those may change though. I want Kiel to have a say, and he'll probably want an Arabic name. He also kinda wants one of the middle names to be Muhammad, after his father, but I guess it depends on how it would sound with the first name.

I only have two names: one for a girl and one for a boy.

Girl: Kennedy Alexandria (or Anastasia)
Boy: Skylar Mitchell

I kinda picked these names because they could go both ways (say if I had two boys Alexandria can easily turn into Alexander and if I had two girls Skylar Mitchell would turn into Skyler Michelle).

I also picked the names for inital purposes. Kennedy would have Kevin's initials and Skylar would have mine. Makes for easier license plates (I live in VA where personalized licensed plates are more common than non

)

My hubby and I made in an agreement to name our children depending on the sex. If its a boy my hubby is going to name him William Kenneth after his dad. If its a girl I would name her Rubi(after a mexican soap opera character)Amy (after myself).
