I heard about this early early yesterday morning... and while I wasn't that big of a fan of him... I still was floored that it was by a stingray and not a croc.... I was talkin' to a friend of mine, and told him "That was definitely the devine saying 'Okay buddy, I gave you enough close calls and chances to pull back, You're comin' home.' That's either a really HUGE freak accident, or a devine act."

btw..... sorry for the ungodly long abscence... lol

I wasn't a fan of his either. I just always knew him as the guy who was always hanging around the more dangerous animals. Still I am sad he had to go like that. No one wants their last moments to be stung by a sting ray.

In all honesty, I figured it would be while discussing piranas or some crock that was feeling too playful.

UI really think he would have rather died by getting ripped to bloody shreds. All the kids at school now are saying that the croc thinks "It should have been me"!

people in my area are really sad about it. apparently he did one of his shows in the mountians around here. something to do with timber rattlers.

On the news his family/friends made a statement that once the coroner is done viewing the tape they want it destroyed. I completely agree with this, but I think maybe other wildlife experts should examine it as well to see if there were warning signs of the ray's attack so another incident like this won't happen while someone else is interacting with them.

Yeah, having his death on tape and possibly leaked is pretty sick. Anyone's, for that matter. Hell, I can't watch stuff like the JFK videos without struggling not to get sick.

In the same forum mentioned, there's an item shop where you can buy funny parodying things with fake money.

Just after Irwin was killed, there was a stingray item in this shop with a really lame description. And this has caused a major riot between the users and the mods.
It's getting really out of hand -_-

Man, even if this joke is lame and you shouldn't make fun of people right after they died (really, you shouldn't), you can still shut up a little.

Today Animal Planet is having a Crocodile Hunter marathon; I tried watching some of it, but I found myself getting all teary eyed, so I changed the channel. I was upset when I heard John Ritter died, but I was never to the point of tears from it; maybe it's because I sort of grew up with Steve.
