Hey. Post your favorite names here. Mine are:

Female: Victoria, Annabelle, Raven, Dahlia/Delilah/Lilah/Lola, Michelle, Emily, Camilla, Olivia, Jennifer, Julie/Julia/Julianna/Juliette/Juline, Samantha, Christine/Christina, Crystal, Katryna

I probably have more favorite female names but I can't think of them at the moment.

Boy: Nick Andrew Picard *i'm a guy, so... my last name. 8) *, Matthew Alex Picard *matthew is the name of a neighbor that I used to live by, he was a good kid... i miss him*

All of the names basicly have meaning to me. My best friend is named Nick, one of my friends name is andrew, and my favorite cousin goes by Andy, but his name is andrew also.

Girl: Grace Renee Picard, Elizabeth Amy Picard

Grace: name of neighbor, same as Matthew. Elizabeth, nice name, and same with Grace & Matthew.

Yeah, I know, I'm nuts.

Male: Dondhacha, Justin, Luka, Joshua, Damien
Female: Millie (Short for "Mildred", accept no substitutes), Josette, Meg, Marlene (provided it's pronounced the Germanic way), Anna

There are others (particularly female. As ever, when asked about names, I forget them all), but I can't remember off hand.

Given my anti-nicknames-as-given-names stance, Meg would have tobe short for something, Megan most likely. Dondhacha is pronounced "Dona-ka", and Marlene "Mar-lay-na" as opposed to "Mar-leen", just so you know.

I have weird names picked out for my children (if I ever have any, which I don't plan on doing!) I have this feeling that if I do have kids, then I'll end up with two girls and boy (but once again, I do not want children!). The names I picked for them are:

Oldest (girl): Isis
Middle (girl): Kamuy
Youngest (girl): Hecate

These names are based on some of my favorite mythological gods and goddesses. Isis was the Egyptian Goddess of Magic and various other things (married to Ra), Kamuy is the name for the Shinto deities, and Hecate is the Greek Goddess of Witchcraft.
Steven
Yay! That's my name!!

Well, when I wanted children (I don't anymore) I planed out their first names and what order they would be born ( kinda silly, but that's me    )

1st-Twin Girls: Miranda, Titania
2nd- Boy: Oberon
3rd- Girl: Aerial

That's it. They are also the names of the moons of Uranus.

Hmmmm... I don't plan on having children, like ParaKiss. ^^

Girls: Elle, Ellie, Elita, Lien, Yon, Allison, Sen, Ophelia, Carmille, Maria, June, Josie

Boys: Dion, Tybalt, Andrew, Gabriel, Kyle, Jack

If I'm spouseless and crazy by the time I'm having kids, I'll give them names that are totally opposite of their nationality, like Miguel or Jose, or maybe something Hindu. ^^

Don't worry, Tiff. No one has mentioned my name either. (Except for me, of course... Shh.)

I absolutely love names. My firstborn son will be name Remus and his sister will be named Sibyll. The only circumstance that can possibly deter me from these names is if my husband's last name sounds TERRIBLE with one of these. I'm talking 'Dibble', or something here. (Sibyl Dibble?) I know what it's like to grow up with rhyming first and last names, and would never wish this on anyone. Or probably if our last name is the same as a celebrity with one of these names, or somehting.

I have backup names, though:
Boys: Franklin, Laurence, Richard, Alan
Girls: Julia, Allison, Alia, Serena (I was enamoured with this name, even before DiC), Virginia, Kathryn [It must be spelt like this!]

When I was about ten, I wanted to name my children Iago and Wynnter. Yes, with two 'n's.
"Come on, you can do better than that!"- Famous last words.
