Mom's boyfriend just put my Neon Heart domain name back up, so I can try to make another website.

The real kick in the ass is....I'm totally stumped for ideas. ^^;;;;;;

This is very interesting, especially the bios. Hasn't been updated in like, 7 years though. ;-; Wah.
And to answer your question, it's because MS Paint/BBSPaint and the like are oekaki programs (or applets in the case of PBBS.)
Kinda like how most anime has a slower frame rate compared to most cartoons- they can be well-done even if the frame-rate is slow/the program isn't fancy.

GAH. I can't watch any episode with Musashi's substitute seiyuu. So annoying/boring to listen to!

Spring is for cleaning (if I'm up to it)
Summer is for loafing around, doing nothing*
Fall is for admiring the leafs and having a birthday
Winter is for wondering when it'll snow again

*Usually done all year round
