Does a horror movie REALLY need a bunch of blood and gore in order to be considered a horror? It would be nice to see a psycological horror for once in a while. (Al)Gore's nasty. >_<

It kinda does, but I've seen plenty of movies that didn't CENTER around that and were pretty scary.
Funny how I can't name any. xD;
But I don't like those as much.
Those disturb you on a deeper level, but I don't WANT that, that's freaky! xD; I prefer just SHOCK!horror.

So I'd say no, it doesn't need blood and gore.
