Ugh Marioknight I feel your pain my laptop is still sitting in a local shop being repaired ive since broke down and got a new dell which cost an arm and leg but is under full warrenty. Its ashame that laptops can be so hard to maintain considering how much convienence they can be compared to a desktop. I hope you can find a cheap repair shop the guy I found didnt quote much but was 50 dollars less then what westinghouse was going to charge me just to look at the laptop (they charge a flat 75 dollar fee just to look at the damaged system) And now that ive got this new laptop fully protected im hoping it means nothing will go wrong. When my old laptop is fixed im giving it to my buddy and I already plan on trying to find a way to put a better warrenty on it for him.

Tommorrow should be fun getting the new satellite put in for the internet and being the only one in the house with technical knowledge I get to help grandma and my mother figure things out and try to set up a network for all the house pc's working from memory..which I confess isnt good. Lol I dont even remember the last time I set up a network and I may just find out how much the guy setting up the installation will charge to help me out with that though im tapped out from the new laptop..thank god for credit cards.

lol after 2 weeks of having high speed internet I still find myself amazed that I dont have to take a bathroom break or have time to run and get a drink before a page loads. Though I am regreting the phone can ring during night hours now having my pc running on dial up kept my wacky family from calling for tech support from 3 states away x_x sigh.

Being at home right now with my kid opens my eyes up to day time tv something I never used to watch. Today I got to watch a show called Yo Gabba Gabba and between fits of hysterical laughter watched Elijah Wood dancing with big puppets. It was so funny I went to see if it was online I think E's talk show did a spoof on it to but this crap is funny without parody. Heres the link:

The Chiefs lost again... They failed miserably against the Houston Texans, 20-3 (I think)... So as it stands, the Chiefs lost all four of their preseason games, and have lost week one. Totalling in at 5 losses.

This is NOT gonna be a good season...
