Kaya - Katachi no nai Machi wo Mezashite
ED to Kyou no Go no Ni - Baby Love

Things I think Are Funny Early in the Morning: If Batman were a Smurf: "Quick, Robin! We must smurf down to the Batcave and smurf the Batplane! Then we must smurf the batsmurf so we can smurf where the Joker is smurfing!"

The Croonerism Spate (explanations upon request)

Haven't heard this one in awhile bit I really like it:
Aerosmith-Janie's Got A Gun
Everybody was a baby once, Arthur. Oh, sure, maybe not today, or even yesterday. But once. Babies, chum: tiny, dimpled, fleshy mirrors of our us-ness, that we parents hurl into the future, like leathery footballs of hope. And you''ve got to get a good spiral on that baby, or evil will make an interception.

my list-
Lullaby-Mandah
Catch Me If You Can-Angela Via
Don't Say You Love Me-M2M
(all song from a Pokemon CD, go ahead and laugh)
Drunken Sailor-Arrogant Worms (they so funny!)
Caile-Tito "El Bambino" (amazing reggaeton hit)
Pinch Me-Barenaked Ladies
Teardrop-Massive Attack
Carry On
Ce'st La Vie
Moon Revenge(such a sad and beautiful song :(. Makes me think of Grandma's funeral.)
Dancing In the Moonlight
(All original Sailor Moon songs, except I found out that "Dancing In The Moonlight" is from the musical. It appears to be a techno mix of the beginning theme, Moon Revenge, and either one or two other songs. If you've heard it and know the others, please tell me. Thanx!)

Most recent CD I bought was a Melissa Etheridge CD. Despite her immense popularity and my odd fascination with the circles in which she is most popular, I'd never actually heard her before (I did, however, listen to the CD in the store). I do now think that she's an utterly amazing singer and I think she just fits in this thread.
"That new girl? She seems kinda weird to me. And what kind of name is Buffy anyway?"
"Hey, Aphrodisia!"
--unaired Buffy pilot

If you're reading this, then you've lost the game.

My favorite songs? Tough question. Definitely from 2Pac!

Post by Skull13 » Tue Sep 19, 2006 5:48 pm

My favorite songs? Tough question since there's so many. Well, I'd have to say an abundant amount of 2Pac's songs. I've got so many of his tracks that talking about it would fill up a huge space of a page. This isn't even including my other six top rappers. Kanye West, Big Punisher, Dr. Dre, LL Cool J, Eminem, & The Notorious B.I.G. Not to mention other great tracks that have recently come out. But of every artist that I've heard, 2Pac is by far the greatest lyricist of all time. I just can't decide on which song, because he has so many great tracks.

I only heard a bit of it, but I really like the song "Wish me Well (You Can go to Hell)" by the Bouncing Souls. It was great to hear a breakup song that wasn't all sappy and mushy, but involved two people who were just sick of one another.

Considering some of my favorite songs are Disney songs, I doubt it. =P

I actually listened to that song for the first time in a long time because "It goes around the world." was a clue in a crossword I did today. (the answer was
equator
)

I've been listening to a few songs by this lounge singer Richard Cheese, and I finally found one of his CDs. He does cover versions of rock and rap songs (usually ones with offensive lyrics) and sings them as lounge songs. I bought his I'd Like A Virgin CD and I love so many songs from here. But I think my favorite is his version of War Ensemble by Slayer.
