I just finished reading "Moon Palace" by Paul Auster. Unfortunately, I was fooled by the title of this book, there's not much of a Silver Millennium in _that_ book xD But it was still a reading pleasure, really interesting.

I just finished reading "Mortal Engines" and "Predator's Gold" by Philip Reeve, and I really liked both of them. In fact, I might've found myself a new favourite...

I recently finished reading Ring by Koji Suzuki and last night I started on Confessions Of An Ugly Stepsister by Gregory Maguire.

Why not just move on to Spiral?

For one thing, I didn't find it at the store. I actually had to have Walden's order a copy of Ring for me. The only Ring stuff the bookstores have is the Ring manga. I was originally looking for Mercedes Lackey's The Last Herald Mage series to read but I could only find her other series there, so I picked up Confessions Of An Ugly Stepsister instead. Gregory Maguire is also my favorite author and I had been wanting to read Confessions Of An Ugly Stepsister for a long time now.

Currently reading The Stand by Stephen King, and loving it so far.

Joey: The question is, Rachel, does he like you? ''Cuz if he doesn''t, then it''s all just a moo point.
Rachel: Huh...a...moo point?
Joey: Yeah. It''''s like a cow''s opinion. It doesn''t matter....It''s moo.

I'm actually reading "Eragon" right now in preparation for the movie when it comes out on DVD. So far, I'm loving it, and I'm kind of having fun picturing what Eragon would look like in real life.
I'm up to the part at the moment where the Ra'zac attacked Eragon and Brom, and Murtagh rescued them, and Brom dies. It's sad.
Currently reading State of Fear by Michael Crichton and enjoying it. Right now I still like Jurasic Park and The Lost World more (Lost World FTW), but State of Fear's still interesting. I found a copy of Jaws and Stephen King's The Dead Zone at Value Village recently, so I can't wait to read those next.

I am a huge fan of stephen king loved The Stand to btw Tiff, but his new book Cell which I finished last week made my head hurt. The end just bugs me dunno maybe its just me. Right now Im varying between books because my best friend is constantly sending me stuff down. Im between the series of the sword of truth by terry goodkind, just finished Tamora pierces Trickers saga and now trying to tackle Queen of the Amazons before I go back to the sword of Truth. Hes also trying to get me to finish this other series Black, White, and Red by Ted Dekker though Black made my head hurt abit and the other two look abit migrane inducing as well. I also just ordered a bunch of comics and recently got the Encyclopedia of Marvel and Comics in general and the Encyclopedia of Magical Creatures that I like to look at whenever a trivia debate sparks. I iz a book a holic...lol

and now that I think of it I want to look up that stephen king collection series because ive lost alot of good books during my move including a lot of old books by him like Carrie, Night Shift, Misery which I know that girl who borrowed from me probably lost it ugh and a few others of his that I used to love reading. I also got to get a new copy of Menoch the Devil its my favorite anne rice book.
"Have you been half asleep? And have youve heard voices?
I hear them calling my name."
Is this the sweet sound, that calls the young sailors?
The voice maybe one in the same.
Ive heard it too many times to ignore it,
its something that I sposed to be..
Someday we''''ll find it, the rainbow connection
The lover, the dreamer, and me..."

hahaha. you're not a nerd. XD i was about to start on Civilization and its Discontents but then i found it that it's part of my reading list for my Freud seminar this new quarter, so i decided to save it for when i actually have to read it. oh and the book you're reading is also part of my reading list for the class. XD

so instead, i'm working my way through One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest by Ken Kesey

i'm reading My Sister's Keeper (forgot the author) right now. it's about a girl who's sister has luekimia (i KNOW i spelled that wrong) and all her life she's been having surgeries to help save her. but now her sister needs her kidney, and she refuses to do it, knowing that it will kill her sister. i'm not done with it yet, but being the loser that i am, i read the last chapter already >.< so i know what happens. it's such a....hmmm... emotional book? i'm not sure how to describe it. but it's very good.

I just got through finishing All Hallow's Eve: 13 Stories by Vivian Vande Velde. Okay, I know it's only March, but the library got it in rather late. It's fairly distrubing, but you just can't stop reading. Gotta love a book that can hook you in.

Just got done with the fourth The Keys to the Kingdom book, Sir Thursday. Garth NIx wins at everything in life. He's made such a great world, but I can't even describe it because if you don't read it you'll be confused.

I've been reading through my Redwall books. I'm on Mariel of Redwall at the moment.
Everybody was a baby once, Arthur. Oh, sure, maybe not today, or even yesterday. But once. Babies, chum: tiny, dimpled, fleshy mirrors of our us-ness, that we parents hurl into the future, like leathery footballs of hope. And you''ve got to get a good spiral on that baby, or evil will make an interception.
