Or strictly speaking, half of it. I have 2 monitors and all my icons are on the other one. Windows does not let you have 2 wallpapers, unfortunately. (I guess I could always splice the two images I want into one, but who has time?)
Points of interest:
The big-ass clock in the corner. I like to be able to see the time from across the room. Also, I like the 24-hour clock.
In the tray: 3 annoying startup programs that I've shut off, the ATI icon which runs my TV in function, ZoneAlarm so don't bother sending me spyware, and Trillian.
On the taskbar: Agent for e-mail, a Windows Explorer window I haven't used yet, VirtualDubMod for video editing usually except right now I'm using it to view a TV capture for cosplay purposes, some silly web site I like to visit, a Trillian conversation window that started when I was away, and Paint Shop Pro which I used to capture the image.
And 7 points go to whoever first identifies the anime from which the wallpaper came. It's not like it's my favorite anime or anything, but this shot just screamed to me, "Wallpaper!"

Wallpaper's a cute drawing by Tomo. ProgDVB is what I use to watch TV and record episodes and shtick. Smas is Sailor Moon: Another Story. ArtRage, IrfanView and ImageForge... the first is for drawing, the other two are for iconing.
POOM! and all pictures after are random things my friend Ebi sent me. Except the lala one. That one's from Umino-kun. All sound files are her's too. Collector is Jirarudan's theme, Ware Wa Collector. And Pray is one of my favorite pieces of background music.
