:? I don't really think there's anything I want too badly. I can't think of any video games or anime I want. But I guess my list would be:

-Sailor Moon S movie and thinpack boxsets

-A Trailer Park Boys t-shirt that either says "A Dope Trailer's No Place For A Kitty", "Property of Sunnyvale" or "Fuck off you fucking fuck"

-Thick gold braclets (think Galaxia's, but without the green and purple jewels)

-6 metres of White Silk

-Sandro Del-Prete posters

-Movie Posters (Specifically Edward Scissorhands, Sleepy Hollow and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory).

0___o; Damn, I'm not being my usual self centred greedy self this year.

And a Myspace account for her clothing designs.

I hear ya there, Dan. My parents go on and on about how hard I am to shop for (mainly because I buy stuff as I want it when I can afford it...), but I ask them, and I get the 'I don't know' answer...

Here's my wish list:

~Sailor Moon movie box set
~Sailor Moon SS box set
~PGSM manga volumes ten through twelve *edited numbers because I wasn't paying attention to this when I originally posted it.*
~PGSM short story mangas volumes one and two
~Sailor V reprint manga volumes one and two

(The reason I'm not typing my numbers in numerals is because the number one key on my keyboard no longer works ><)

~cosplay items for my PGSM Sailor Mercury costume, including the broach, tiara and purse, and also other random PGSM toys
~ROD the TV volume 4

That would be it at the moment. Since money is tight, I probably wont get everything I want this Christmas. But I will at some point.

Sorry, I know this is completely off topic, but is there a reason why the holiday traditions thread is locked?

Yes, I celebrate Christmas, just without the religious parts. I think the Japanese do that too. My list this year is pretty short. I have specific presents that my parents are making, and then general things:

From my dad: A story about my characters. This has been a tradition that started when I was 11, usually I give him a story too. This year I'm giving him a collection of photos I took where I posed my Sailor Moon dolls on his train layout. (he was gone when I did that  )

From my mom: A Sailor Moon calendar. I gave her the pictures to use in it. She's a graphic designer and can do that sort of thing with computers. Yes, I know, not much room for surprises but they often come up with other gifts as well (but I'd be happy with those two). As for presents from my other relatives, I asked for Best Buy gift certificates. The one in my town has an EXTREMELY good selection of anime DVDs, and it's better to get them myself instead of having people get things I have already.

One interesting thing about the way our family celebrates the holiday is that we give the presents on Christmas Eve in the evening. This is probably because while we all go to bed at similar times at night, I usually get up earlier than my parents and am more of a morning person. So it's easier to do it in the evening instead of in the morning.

The Realm of the Dessert Senshi. My fanfic series that is set in Crystal Tokyo and includes foreign Senshi, fat Senshi, a Senshi in a wheelchair and a magical hyrax.

I won't be asking my family for anime or manga as I don't trust them to get the right thing or to even know what I'm talking about.

CD's:
Pink Floyd-at the very least I would really like Dark Side of the Moon as I think it's their best album
Jethro Tull-any
Harry Potter 1-3 soundtracks
Return of the King soundtrack
Ghost in the Shell:Stand Alone Complex soundtrack- done by Yoko Kanno

DVD's:
Return of the King extended edition
Love Actually-great movie plus Alan Rickman is in it
Harry Potter 1 and 3
Shrek 2
DVD case

I know I'm getting a new CD-ROM for my computer. I need to tell my parents to make it a DVD-ROM. Now if I can get a new video card I'll finally be able to play Doom 2.
I would like, but know that I'm not going to get, a PS2.
My friend already gave her Christmas present of Ghost in the Shell V. 2 and I treated myself to a Christmas present of V. 3 which came with a T-shirt.
Everybody was a baby once, Arthur. Oh, sure, maybe not today, or even yesterday. But once. Babies, chum: tiny, dimpled, fleshy mirrors of our us-ness, that we parents hurl into the future, like leathery footballs of hope. And you''ve got to get a good spiral on that baby, or evil will make an interception.

Heh... I actually ended up with everything that was on my list last year. Of course, I didn't get it on Christmas, and I paid for it all with my own money. The Sailor Moon S and SuperS seasons (got the thinpack sets), and The Sims.

This year, I got my present before Thanksgiving. My mother paid for one of my five volumes of the Yu Yu Hakusho manga. I'm pretty sure my sister in New York will be sending me some cash, as I am impossible to shop for. Mostly because I never ask for anything. ^_^;

How is everyone's Christmas so far? Did you get everything you asked for?

I didn't get anything on my Christmas list, but I did finally get a digital camera! Sadly, it didn't come with a memory card, so I might as well get one tomorrow since it's Boxing Day in Canada. Though I was disappointed that I didn't get any anime this year, it was nice to have the digital camera because with ordinary film camera, I never get the film developed. I have a drawer full of undeveloped film. I keep putting it off because it would probably cost at least $100 (Canadian) to develop it all.

I also got Nirvana's Nevermind from my sister XD XD XD

I didn't actually make a Christmas list this year, except for a few requested video games. But, this is what I got:

Halo 2
Digital Camera
Clerks X (10th anniversary 3-disc set)
New York hoodie
Tokyo hoodie
Chocolate Covered Cherries
Laptop accessories

I'm quite pleased with my gifts.
