Stuck on an idea

Okay I have this art class right?
and in this art class we have to make things.
the teacher wants us to make 'protest art'.
I decided to protest censorship.
but theres a problem
I'm at a loss for idea's

Someone help me! Onegai!

Maybe something relating to Sailor Moon? Or any anime dubbing in general? ^__~

Well I guess you could do somthing about how DIC edited Sailor Moon, and how removing the Japanese references and other assorted cuts for stuff deemed "inappopriate" ruined the intgrity of the show and even changed meanings at times.

Just a thought.

It's pretty hard to draw a picture illustrating Censorship, but I thought of doing a naked anime woman holding the black 'censor" bars away from her body

i like that idea.

Maybe have a censor box over her mouth too to illustrate the point, and stuff in the background censored too (like stupid stuff like trees, grass, dogs peeing, buildings, signs, etc). I think that'd be a good idea ^^

If you're allowed to do any medium, maybe you could print off a bunch of screen caps from the cartoons in the Censored Eleven (Click Me!) and then draw a caricature of Ted Turner trying to censore them with black bars or something.

I like the second one better. I think it makes your point clearer and it just looks beter IMO. I'd say go with that one.

I think the second one gets your message across better.

The first one would probably be better if you were arguing for censorship. lol
