Mom and I saw You, Me, and Dupree on pay per view over the weekend, and it was actually a funny movie. I love Owen Wilson anyway, and it was just an all-around cute movie.

Joey: The question is, Rachel, does he like you? ''Cuz if he doesn''t, then it''s all just a moo point.
Rachel: Huh...a...moo point?
Joey: Yeah. It''''s like a cow''s opinion. It doesn''t matter....It''s moo.

Yeah. I loved that movie. The part where Dupree finds out that the Librarian was a slut and fucked everybody on the staff AND the janitor? Priceless.

I saw Breech last week... and it was BRILLIANT.

Very well done, and the acting was great. The major scenes, are VERY well done to create not only suspense, but horror with multiple actions shown. I think that one of the best moves in the movie, is how much suspense was created without the use of gun violence. The one scene that does have uncontrolled gunfire in it is done VERY well, and the movie just sucks you into the plot... VERY well done.

I saw Unleashed on tv last night, and I had been wanting to see it since it came out in 2005. I loved it. Sure, Jet Li isn't a phenomenal actor, but the martial arts madeup for it, and I loved the story. I was both sad and awesome at the same time.

I saw The Number 23 last night....wow, real obsession. After watching it I thought I might start obsessing over the number as well, but alas, no. :)

Ive seen several movies recently so I'll list them in order.

Borat: WATCH THIS MOVIE!!!!! It will horribly offend all of you in some profound way yet you wont be able to look away until its over. I was falling down laughing at this movie at the same time as wanting to barf.

The Butterfly Effect: I wanted to see this movie because I thought it had "stolen" an idea I had for a story I wanted to write. Turns out its different enough from my idea that I could still write it with no copywrite problems. Its actually quite good for a movie inspite of being an Ashton Kutcher movie. Its a great time travel story with a bit of zen tossed in. Zen in the sense of the concept where the smallest of things can have the largest impact. The ending is excellent (I wont spoil it)

Watership Down: Wonderfully done animated story about a troop of rabbits trying to find a new home. I had seen this as a child and was horrified by it. Why you ask? Because its bloody and dark and a very mature story for how old I was at the time. But at the same time its something I think you all should watch. I really dont see this as a childrens movie. I think young adult would be a better fit. (I feel the same way about the Warriors series in spite of it being sold in the childrens section of book stores)

Titus: Nothing to do with FF10. Its a movie thats tells the William Shakespeare play Titus Andronicus but with a slightly modern twist. It would be impossible for me to due justice to a description of this story without taking up an entire page so I wont bother. I will just say if you like Shakespeare tragetys then watch this one, if not then dont bother. Its either a love it or hate it story. Personally I didnt like it very much. It was very well done but It just didnt appeal to me.

Joe and I saw Vacancy in the theaters, and I thought it was pretty nifty. It was very fast-paced for a thriller, which = win, because I despise when horror/thriller films drag in the beginning or middle. The cinematography was great, and the acting was awesome. And I jumped quite a few times, too.

Joey: The question is, Rachel, does he like you? ''Cuz if he doesn''t, then it''s all just a moo point.
Rachel: Huh...a...moo point?
Joey: Yeah. It''''s like a cow''s opinion. It doesn''t matter....It''s moo.

i saw Disturbia with my friends on saturday. it's one of those movies thats only good for going with your friends and screaming your heads off at parts you'll later laugh at. it's creepy while you're watching it, but after it's over, we were just like "...LAME." the ending sucks, the transitions between the beginning middle and end suck, and basically it's nothing special.

Yesterday I finished watching Mizu ni Samu Hana, featuring Keiko Kitagawa. I'm a huge Keiko fangirl XD

I was quite impressed with Keiko's role in this. She went from being Sailor Mars to being this evil water spirit in the movie. That is quite a change for her and she is proving to be quite an actress.

The movie was about a class going on a field trip, but somehow, the bus rolled off the bridge it was crossing and it fell into the river. The entire class was killed, and by a miracle, one girl survived. After she recovered from her injuries, she went back to her swim club, where she was confronted by a jealous water spirit who came back to kill her.

That's all I'm going to say about the plot. I don't want to spoil it too much. This movie was really exciting and it kept me at the edge of my seat from start to finish. Five stars.

EDIT: Along with the video game purchases I mentioned in the video games forum, I also bought another Keiko Kitagawa movie; Cherry Pie in that same shipment. I'll post my thoughts after I watch it when it arrives.

The last movie I saw was Eko Eko Azarak: Wizard of Darkness. It was all about a girl trying to stop a coven of witches before they summoned the devil. Twas quite neat.

I saw the movie "V for Vendetta" last night and I expected it to suck, but it was probably the best movie Ive seen this year so far.

I had wanted to see it in the theater last year, and they actually had it at the wise theater (checks to see if it's raining frogs). I decided not to go thinking "Ahh its just another post apocalypse movie that will be exactly the same as all the rest." I was an idiot BTW. It's bloody awesome and everyone needs to see it.

Little Shop of Horrors. I've been wanting to see the 80's version for a while and finally got to. I loved it so much. The songs, the acting, the cameos (Bill Murray's cameo especially), and Audrey II. Wow, even by today's standards the effects are amazing. And I loved his voice. I spent the rest of the day saying "feed me".

But could you imagine if they made it today? Audrey'd be nothing but hyped up CGI, voiced by some no talent pop singer from American Idol with none of the smartass humour.

I watched Spider-Man 3 two weeks ago, and the film was great, though not as good as the SM2.

During the film, I was saying various comic-book lingo like "retcon", etc., and said, "Spidey's gone emo!" when Peter did his hair after the symbiote possesses him.

CHEESIEST.MOVIE.EVER.

But that means it's SOO much fun to make fun of. My friends and I seriously laughed through the whole movie. I even laughed when
Harry died. I couldn't help it, Pete and MJ's faces were twitching too much and the whole scene was just so cheesy!
