Influenza in your neiborhood?

Well, my school co-students are falling like flies. 15 of my friends are home sick, and like 50 of them are at school sick. And it's a wonder why kids get sick during school. Now, my mom is all sick. Throwing up all night. Not feeling well. She is more pale than usual v_v But, somehow, I am surviving. I would be sick usually for a week or 2 with the flu

I was a very ill child back in the day. I'm surprised I am feeling good when I still didn't get a flu shot

So, influenza effecting your neck of the woods?

It's spreading all around North Texas. Dallas has a huge outbreak of it, and it's coming to our town. We have the clinics going to work places and giving free flu shots. I got mine last Friday, thank gods. I get sick WAY too easily, and I'm amazed I haven't had it yet, especially since Derek has.

I've skipped fourteen days so far this year, I can't afford to actually get sick! There were many people out of school today. Fun, fun... a feeling of terror

Not yet, but with the cold front bearing in, it's just a matter of time...

...and I missed the flu shots BU was giving out last week. Damn it ><

I got the flu for a week, and am now over it. ^^ I didn't get to stay home from school, as I hate falling behind. I had way too much work to do to just skip school like a wuss. Anthy's a tough mama.
