Yes, it feels good. At least to me it does. I actually get uncomfortable if I have not cracked my knuckles in a while, and seriously HAVE to crack them. It must differ from person to person, becuase Derek is like you.

I used to hate Ramsay. But then, I realized most of the people who try to be chef's on that show are idiots.

I like Gordon Ramsey. It's nice to see someone yelling at idiots and not sugarcoating what he says. And he does complement them at times.

Sarah seriously needs to die though. I hate her so much.

The best thing about Hell's Kitchen is getting the repeats on the food network up here in Canada because then it's all unbleeped. Ramsey actually has another show on that channel where he helps people save their failing resturants (he swears just as much, although he doesn't yell a lot).

I do not care for Wheel of Fortune. Pat Sajak seems to be playing it too dumb for me. The shame of it is, I've seen him in non-WoF situations, and he's actually a brilliant and capable host. (He subbed in for Larry King one week and was wonderful) But not on Wheel.
