I exercise every day of the week. I do squats, curl-up's (up to 150 everyday) and I run a mile once a week. I also lift weights to keep my upper body in shape. ^^DistantMemory wrote:Yes! I'm a Mesomorph with a score of 2. I am over weight (not sure by how much as I haven't weighed myself in years), but it's well distributed and I gain muscle quickly.
As far as exercising, I do some upper body work every day to keep my self strong since I tend to take jobs that require a lot of lifting, and I try to walk everywhere I can. I would love to take up Shotokan Karate again, but there aren't any dojos here. ;_;

Interesting. While I have some fat around my stomach and legs, my thumb and middle finger overlap on my wrist, and I am really only hungry during "traditional" meal times. I've recently started on a brief exercise program, so hopefully I'll be able to push myself closer to Mesomorph in no time.
Oh, and the terms are real; they were coined by William H Sheldon, an American psychologist who studied the variety of human bodies and used the terms for the three general body types listed in the test.

Mesomorph. I was expecting that.
I realized that I put on some weight recently.. mostly in my lower part of my body. and I'm trying to work it off, although everyone except my mom insists I look the same.
I've been going to the gym like 2 times a week on average. I'm trying to go everyday this week, though I couldn't yesterday. And I do a full body work out, though I concentrate mostly on my legs and abs. I walk a lot though, thanks to being in college living on campus. And I dance too.
