The starting bid was 1 cent. Forty bids later it's up to $58......

That's where the money is. Not working, not getting a job making an honest days pay, it's in hawking ridiculous shit to the morons of the world.

I can't believe there are people dumb enough to bid on those waffles. That boggles my mind. o_O

EDIT: Now it's up to $60. This is interesting.

Whoever's selling those "special" waffles is a bonehead!

And I can't believe these suckers are falling for it!

But if it has the image of God or the Virgin Mary, well, that's another story.

My 2 cents.

I looked at the waffles thing and it was 75 dollars. DUH. That's a bit disgusting, really.

I mean, at least the Darth Vador toast has *some* pretext behind it o.o ... even though it's equally disgusting...

At least the Darth Vador toast doesn't have any bids (at the time of this post anyway). I can't believe that the Darth Vador toast guy is half-assed expecting it to go into the $1500's...

I'm in the wrong line of work... I should make Evil Pancakes and dress them up in evil looking clothing and have them battle the good people of the Pop-tart kingdom, and sell them on Ebay...

Whilst saving the Princess Save Our Sailors. I'd buy that.

A few days ago there was an article on yahoo news about people selling celebrity air. These people would go to something like the Oscars and when a celebrity walks buy, they'd take a jar and "gather" the air around said celebrity, seal it, and sell on something like ebay.

o.O

That is one of the most pathetic things I've ever heard.

I don't know what's more sad... the fact that people would actually bid on it, or the fact that anyone can take an empty jar and claim it to be filled with anybody's air, lol. @_@;

Considering the people bidding on the ROFL waffles have to have approval for the last 12 hours of bidding, I'm thinking the final bid will either be from the seller himself or a friend. I think the guy was just having fun and wants to see how many watchers he can get. As for General Bob's Lollerskates, though, he could probably actually sell those. :P

Boy dies of stroke after playing computer games for 12 hours non stop
The boy stayed in the game club longer than safety regulations allowed.
I didn't know game clubs have saftey regulations on how long you can play 0__o. Still, this is kind of scary, it says that his brain was completely destroyed.

*Blink* As far as I know, most don't. The one in our town doesn't.

And really...have they ruled out the possibility that perhaps something was already lurking in his brain that was TRIGGERED by prolonged video game use? It's just...kind of strange to me to just say "Yep. Playing video games for 12 hours is 100% responsible for this." Derek has played a video game for far more than 12 hours straight before..and he's got zero brain damage.

Granted, I'm not saying it's a practice people should get into, but it just seems to be one of the usual "let's jump to the conclusion of video games being at fault" cases. And where was this boy's mother? Isn't it HER responsibility to be sure that her minor child wasn't spending 12 hours playing video games?

Joey: The question is, Rachel, does he like you? ''Cuz if he doesn''t, then it''s all just a moo point.
Rachel: Huh...a...moo point?
Joey: Yeah. It''''s like a cow''s opinion. It doesn''t matter....It''s moo.

I agree with Tiff here. Have they done any search for epilepsy or anything like that? I only say epilepsy since that's what pretty much all games have a warning for: "May cause epileptic seizures."

12 hours straight? DAMN!

This is nothing new; many Everquest addicts died from playing nonstop, and back in the 80s, two players died while playing Berzerk.

Well, I see the Darth Vader toast didn't get a single bid, so there is some sanity left on Ebay.

The ROFL Waffles did get a total of 65.00 Canadian. (Approx. $52.34 US)...

Someone not have anything better to spend ~ $50 on?

Here's a whole page of WTF for everyone to enjoy. Gauranteed to make you go, "What the hell were these people thinking?" Etiquette Hell
Everybody was a baby once, Arthur. Oh, sure, maybe not today, or even yesterday. But once. Babies, chum: tiny, dimpled, fleshy mirrors of our us-ness, that we parents hurl into the future, like leathery footballs of hope. And you''ve got to get a good spiral on that baby, or evil will make an interception.

I LOVE reading this kind of stuff. It really does make you go "...WHAT WERE THEY THINKING?!"

I don't know if you guys heard, but recently music downloading/uploading has been deemed illegal in Canada now. I honestly think it's ridiculious. I discovered YATTA! only because I was searching on Kazaa for Ayumi Hamasaki stuff. I was scrolling down looking for something I hadn't heard yet, and I came across YATTA!, and i thought, "what is that all about?"

Do you mean free downloading, or all of it in general?
