The Young People With Gray Hair Club

A few months back I was eating lunch with my family when my mother noticed I had a gray hair on my head.

And just the other day, she found yet another gray hair on me at a restaurant. I always thought only old people got gray hair, but I have two now and I'm only 20. o.O But apparently, young people can get gray hair, too. So, I was wondering if there are any other young people on these forums who also have gray hair? If so, how much do you have and when did you first notice it was there?

I thought I did once too (this was about a couple of years ago). My mom pointed it out, and when I looked in the mirror, I didn't see it. Then my mom tried to find it again and couldn't, so we figured it was just the way the light was hitting my hair. So I can't say I have any gray hairs.

Last summer I found about 5 grey hairs but I haven't seen any since , my mum said most people get the odd grey hair from time to time though.

My husband has a few...I started noticing them around the time he was 20 or so. It's something that runs in the family for him, though.

My mother found a grey eyebrow hair on me recently, but it's only one, so it's not a pattern yet.

What I'd really like to do is go bald so I could save money on shampoo and haircuts.

I've got a few white hair's frist spotted them when I was 16 during my exam's . I'm not worried about it at all as my nan went white over night ( something to do wiht shocke or something like that) so I reckon I'm lucky there ^_^

I don't have any grey hairs personally, but I have a close friend who does. She's only my age.

I have quite a few grey hairs, but that's not all that bad. The part I can't stand is that I'm already losing most of my hair. I'll be looking like my Dad within a few years...

when I was in third grade, a friend of mine found a grey hair on me. I freaked out, but mom reassured me that one hair isn't going to make a difference. Found a couple more grey hairs when I was in high school, but other than that, my hair is grey free.

I don't have any grey hair (I've dyed my hair too much to tell, hehe), but I know my mom's fiance has jet black hair with grey hair mixed in. That's all I know.... other than my grandma, but that doesn't count. lol

I found my first gray hair when I was twenty. Now, five years later I have a small, but noticable noticable gray stripe in my hair. One of the hairs is all kinky and weird. O_o
