I remember reading about an episode where they made fun of Hanson. I also saw screencaps some time back. There was a caption below it that said something like "Guys, I don't think we're in Tulsa anymore!" Is this actually true or did some weirdo make it up?
I found out over at Livejournal that it's just a load of crap. Aparently on the official South Park website, you can design your own South Park character.

There isn't a new episode this week, I checked on my Digital Cable.

Apparently, they've hit the 7-8-9 episode limit they set for themselves.

Now, for the so-far IMO season 9 ratings: First, the titles if I have them.

Mr. Garrison's Fancy New Vagina
Die Hippies, Die
Wing
*Improvised* Kenny & the PSP
The Loosing Edge
The Death of Eric Cartman
Erection Day

Brief Summary:

Mr. Garrison's Fancy New Vagina: Mr. Garrison gets a sex change, Kyle's Dad becomes a dolphin, and Kyle becomes a tall, black kid.
Die Hippies, Die: Cartman is the Hippie exterminator. When Hippies start a huge hippie-jam fest, Cartman is the only hope of South Park
Wing: The 4 start a talent agency, and get involved with the Chinese Mafia.
Kenny & PSP: Kenny gets a PSP, is killed, and is told he is the only hope for Heaven. He is brought back to life, but is a vegetable. Terri Shiavo thing insues, and Kenny eventually dies and saves heaven.
The Loosing Edge: All the kids are on a baseball team, and hate it. they Try to lose so they don't have to play anymore. and Stan's Dad is the complete Drunk Redneck little leauge parent-insane guy who gets into fights at the games.
The Death of Eric Cartman: Cartman does something to piss off the other 3, and they decide to ignore him. Everyone else joins, except Butters. Cartman thinks he died. Butters, unaware of the ignoring thing, says hi to cartman. Cartman thinks he can see ghosts, and a huge random thing insues.
Erection Day: Jimmy keeps getting random erections, and goes to get a hooker so he stops getting them, so he can preform at a talent show.
ratings: n/10
Mr. Garrison's Fancy New Vagina: 9/10 - VERY funny scenes... Mrs. Garrison is very dang funny.
Die Hippies, Die: 8/10 - Good, but not as funny as above. The hippies and the hippie drill are classic though.
Wing: 6/10 - Meh. Some really funny scenes, with them thinking the Chinese Mafia is a talent agency, and some other really funny scenes.
Kenny & PSP: 8.9/10 - lol: Good lord, shameless PSP promotion, mocking the Terri Shiavo thing, and the angels of heaven. XD "All Hail the holy PSP"
Loosing Edge: 7.5/10 - some VERY funny scenes. Stan's Dad always says the same thing every time he's arrested. And Bat-Dad is awsome.
Death . Eric Cartman: 8/10 - OMG... this has some CLASSIC SP scenes... Butters's Mental Illness test is awsome. and Cartman listing his sins without caring. XD
Erection Day: 7/10 - overall, meh. Not as good as some of the rest. A few great scenes though, Nutgobbler between the two cars and the cyclist is great. Plus, two talent show scenes: Butters wetting himself, and Cartman reciting lines from Scarface XD

Average: 7.9/10 they are having a great season so far.

I'm just going to second all of that. Somehow, it feels like they should be showing more episodes. But that's just me.

The newest episode just premired.

XD

'Two days before the Day AFter Tomorrow'

They pretty much combined random insanity, Katrina, and the 'Day After Tomorrow' movie into one huge mess. XD XD XD

Stan & Cartmann broke a beaver dam, causing a flood. then, they said it was global warming, went though everything with Katrina and all it's blames, TONS of Day AFter Tomorrow refrences, innuendo, classic asshole cartman, and crab-people, to the end. just... XD XD XD XD XD

*screams in frustration*

No one told me when the new season would start! I didn't catch this one until the end of it, so naturally I had no idea what was going on. But from what they were talking about, I thought it had something to do with Katrina.

It was, and I watched it, and I spent more time laughing at this episode than normal, mostly because it was incredibly similar to the way things were around here before and after Katrina. Movie references aside, that is.

The newest one was yesterday, I forgot to watch it.

They think that one of those little guessing things, with numbers, colors, and then an answer. The guys think that it's a major thing.
So... they send Butters, and fake his suicide. An entire thing goes, with Butters getting sent to a girl's sleepover, and his parents think he's a demon spawn. XD

I'm sorry, but that whole aspect was just ridiculous. Everytime they showed Butters's mom freaking out over his death, I could only shake my head. But Cartman having Butters break into the slumber party to steal that thing was funny. I used to make those things all the time when I was younger. I couldn't tell you how to do it now, though.

I think it was funny because it was so rediculous...

I meant the aspect about Butters's mom freaking out every five seconds. Sorry, I should have specified. That was what I found ridiculous.

All I'm able to say about this episode after laughing my ass off at it is Why could no one there tell that Garrison very obviously used to be a man? Is society really that stupid? Oh, wait, that was a stupid question, wasn't it? But this one goes on my list of all time favorite episodes.

I'm sorry, but my overall opinion of that is that they just never should have made Garrison into a woman. Now he's just an annoying prick, wereas before he was actually funny. And yes, I wrote he, because I'm too used to him being a male.

No need to apologize! I feel the same way. When I saw the sex change episode, I was just like OMG, and I didn't find it amusing or funny at all.

>_< Damn it. I forgot about the premiere last week.

I've been hearing that this season has kind of "Jumped the Shark" for South Park. Can anyone who's seen the episodes so far confirm this so I won't be pissed off if I miss an episode (and I have a feeling that I will keep forgeting to watch ¬_¬)

Another new episode of South Park is on tonight on the Comedy Network. The Comedy Network will rerun the old episodes from Mondays through Thursdays and they air the new episodes on Fridays. But I think they air the reruns out of order. I used to watch South Park religiously, so that's how I know. But now I only watch the new episodes on Fridays because I've seen all of the reruns so many times that I can't even count them on my fingers.

In the US, the new one was dealing with another of cartman's race-hate things. except this time, it's with Pale, Red-haired freckled kids. it ends up being Cartman starting another hitler/sacrificial thing, and being a complete ass. XD
