My thoughts:

it was okay... it showed how much of an asshole cartman was, again.

And Mrs. Garrison's line: "Just between us girls, there's nothing like a black man singing that makes me wet" or something to that extent. XD

I found it incredibly funny, and so did my brother. It was funny when Wing ended up on The Contender, and is getting hit while she is singing. And then there was Stallone, and no one could understand him, so he needed a translator. The Chinese Mafia about killed me (no pun intended).

I just saw a commercial for the new south park- Kenny dies for an actual reason, apparently he is needed in heaven. knowing south park, that all could change.

New episode:

[spoiler]The PSP has come out, and KENNY gets one. he becomes obsessed with a game called Heaven vs. Hell, and gets the farthest possible. He then dies. He is taken up to HEAVEN, and is told the PSP is god's creation, and that Satan is planning to attack Heaven with 10 billion troops. Heaven has 10,000. Kenny is their "Keanu Reeves" pun aka. NEO/Matrix. It all begins to be good and Kenny will save the day. Then, Kenny dissappers. He has been revived, except he's a vegetable.

TERRI SHIAVO!

Kenny states in his will cartman gets his PSP out of pity, and then it's found he is alive. Cartman starts trying to get the tube removed. He is apparently Kenny's "B.F.F" and the courts are using that.

And angels and devils are trying to change the situation, Angels by trying to tell people to kill kenny, and the Devil is using the republicans to support "life." Eventually, the last page of Kenny's will is found, and he had never wanted to be on national television as a vegetable. They then let him die, he comes back to heaven and defeats Hell's army. Satan then kills his advisor, which was apparently his newest boyfriend. XD[/spoiler]

It's still pretty dang funny... XD XD XD

Last night's episode was pure gold. My favorite parts:

* The entire opening scene, with Cartman thinking he'll beat the rush by getting a PSP before school, the long ass line, and the fact that Kenny got one. Man that brought back memories of when I got my PS2 on its launch date, only I was the one in the front of the line, laughing at all of you behind me. XD
* "All hail the Holy PSP!" Best. Line. Ever.
* The angel that kept sniffing the marker.
* Kenny = Keanu Reeves
* The fights going on in the heavens and on earth.
* The prize won at the end of the episode.

The episode had me going from start to finish, just plain awesome. It would've been that much better if they aired it last week on the actual launch date of the PSP. Great episode, if you didn't see it last night, catch the replay tonight.

very true Dan, plus it would have made more sense about the Terri Shivao thing.

and I loved the angel's commentary, and at the end only 7 angels were left.

I don't know. We'll have to wait and see.

I thought the episode was one of the funniest ones ever. However, I found it kind of weird that they aired that episode last night, and today is when Terri Schaivo dies. Has anyone else noticed that?

my friends were saying that too when I told them about the episode. My response: I have no idea. maybe he sold his sister to wal-mart?

Heh heh.... wait a minute, Kenny doesn't have a sister, does he? I thought he had a brother?

Also, this is something I've been wondering. Everyone talks about the new episodes on Wednesday. Is that when the new episodes premiere in America? I find that odd that it's a Wednesday night 0_o.

Yep, Wednesday has been South Park night for many a year, from episode one to today. Has yet to change for premiere episodes.

About the PSP thing in this episode, that bring back memories of the tooth fairy episode (where they're trying to get a Dreamcast)! Talk about shameless promotion!

Of course, the Okama Gamesphere doesn't count.

My weekly synopsis of the new South Parks continues.

"The Losing Edge"

[spoiler]Baseball. all the boys hate it. Stan's dad is the typical Baseball nut who starts fights with other parents. It's the last game, and they get it so it's over quickly. They start rejoicing that they don't have to play anymore, but find out they are going to regionals. Meanwhile, Stan's dad is being arrested saying, " What? This is A free country! Comeon!" It shows them trying to think of something to get out of this game. They decide to TRY to lose. Meanwhile, Stan's dad is out of jail. The next game, they try to get the other team to win. SP ends up winning, and Stan's dad is arrested. This happens about 6 times until they get to the State finals. They decide to try to figure out HOW they could lose guarrenteed. They get Kyle's cousin, Kyle *complete Jewish stereotype*. Meanwhile, an ever bigger ass of a baseball dad is on the opposing team, and Stan's dad is scared. The game, it shows Kyle not knowing squat, and the opposing team is actually GOOD enough to HIT the bats, and hit the ball to certain players. Meanwhile, Stan's dad walks in, and starts a fight with the other dad. They fall onto the field, and the refs go nuts. The boys hear that fighting gets the team disqualified, and start cheering on Mr. marsh. He gets them disqualified, and they all rejoice. It pretty much ends with Stan's dad being arrested again.[/spoiler]

It's easy to see what they are making fun of:
1. How damn boring baseball is
2. The over-reactive parents that fight over little league games
3. Baseball movies.

Overall: meh. had a few good moments, but it was kind of... meh.

You left out them making fun of Rocky as well. [spoiler]Stan's dad training to fight better at each game as the boys won and the music from the movie in a couple places/[/spoiler]

I liked the episode myself, being a baseball fan and all. Had some good funny moments:

[spoiler]* Bat-Dad was awesome, 10x the drunk parent as Stan's dad who was much bigger and actually wore a cape and mask. XD
* The return of Kyle
* The Denver team managing to have Kyle bunt the ball and turn it into a home run.
* The scoreboard just before the game ended.[/spoiler]
