Of course, if they take it away, and another 9/11 happens, then it'll just be used as an excuse for something even stricter to be implemented.

Still, regardless of who's in charge, it's probably irrelevant. I want Howard Dean to be in charge as much as I do Ashcroft. No, I don't trust any of the 04 canditates, really. At least, I don't see any of them doing much different than Bush is right now.

Yeah, that's why people need to realize that you can't put a price on freedom so that law's like that can't get past. Just 'cause people are scared or stupid dosn't mean we should alow such a thing to exist, look at the Salem Witch trials. Those people were scared to they let a crazy ass thing go on unrestricted for years.

Sorry. If somebody could get updates about the article, it's been a long time sence I've heard any new news about it. When's his tial, is there gonna be a trial, who else is getting punished???That kinda stuff.
