Regardless of that fact, it was unnecessary. When a mod says something, there doesn't need to BE any smarmy-ness about it.

Wow, I couldn't be on SMU for two days because of college and I find all these messages when I return!

Anyway, other things that annoy me include:

-Crappy websites with broken html. I say this because I couldn't access my college website last night for this online computer course I have to do. When I clicked for the log in window, the login page got 404ed away! Dammit ><
-When people randomly email me, asking if I'm interested in them. Some girl found out my area, emailed me the link to her porn site and asked me to reply if I was interested in a date! All I can say is OMG. Needless to say, I did not reply to her email and I just blocked her address.

-Nigerian Scammers. Surprisingly, they've actually increased since I started filtering them out. I do not want to have to pay to get money, thank you very much.

-Trolls. I like the names Kyoko and Chieko thank you very much. Don't want anyone blemishing those names ever again. (wow! two obscure in-references in one sentence!)

-People who go around claiming that not only was there really a hanging munchkin in The Wizard of Oz, but that the poor midget in question is somehow related to them.

-FIRST POST!

-Bad fanfiction.

I am agreeing with those people who said pop-ups, spammers... and the like... definately agree with you all there.

-People who claim they know everything about a certain topic, only to know absolutely nothing... and when they're called on it they still insist they know what they're talking about.... morons.

-programs that download onto your computer without your consent. I've had to uninstall Cash Back 5 times from my computer... somehow a program called daily horoscope got on my puter... .and didn't come with an uninstall program. Stupid....

-websites with INSANLEY vague link buttons. That is to say, instead of labeling the links and buttons stuff like "links," "gallery" (and any other gallery sub-divisions), etc, they use weird stuff like "The thirsty sea" or something. I do NOT want to spend 5 minutes trying to figure out if I want to go to "Wiggly Purple Monkey Dishwasher" or "The Upsidedown Sky" to get group pictures. For god's sake, people, at least use alt tags (I think that's what they're called) to explain. That's not to say that all link buttons should be boring and outright, but come on.
-the damn Norton Anti-virus experation box that keeps popping up every time I open Microsoft Word. I know I can probably make it go away somehow, but I'm just too lazy. I'd rather just yell at it every time it comes up.
-message boards that allow both avatars AND signature images. I honestly don't care about signature images, so long as they're limited somehow. At another message board I post at, avatars are not an option, so signatures are. But both is a bit rediculous. It should be either one or another.
-EZ board and their outrageous prices to keep Gold Member Status.

-Pop ups as already mentioned. I don't get pop ups anymore because I have a pop up blocker that came with the latest edition of Norton Antivirus. What I find annoying though, it that when I go to website that has a pop up window, I have to turn the pop up blocker off temporarily to be able to access it.

You said it yourself. "As already mentioned." People, stop repeating things (the irony here being that this has been said three times).

People who leave idiotic reviews on reviews sites for DVDs, CDs, and such like on amazon.com. This is an actual review for the S boxset from amazon.com:
what a dumb show, September 24, 2004
A Kid's Review
i only watched 2 episodes out of the whole series and the once i saw it i knew it was a dumb show its about salor scouts who have there lil powers. this is the ppl who like it yehaaaaa its salor moon salor crystal salor jupitar salor mars salor venis salor mercury salor neptune salor minimoon salor uranis and so on haha this is crap its worst then any show ive ever seen along with pokemon (...).
You hate the show. Okay, whatever, that's your right, but WHY are you reviewing the boxset?! That doesn't help me understand how good the actual boxset is. I'm not even going to comment on the grammar.

Personally, I think a site like Amazon should be for reviewing the product itself (features, quality, price, cover, design). If you want to review the show itself, then go to IMDB and write some completely ridiculous review based on watching five minutes. If you don't like the show, please please PLEASE don't review the product and waste people's time.

I have some new ones:
-people who don't take the time to read ealier posts in forum threads, especially when they have a question that has already been answered.
-people who IM me within the first two seconds that I sign onto AIM. I would tell people off for doing it because it would mess up my old computer, but they would continue to do it anyways.
-temporary internet files that mess up my browser
-Websites/message board posts/people in general that say "Vote for ___ because the other guy is stupid and if you vote for him you'll be stupid too!" If you don't like the other guy then don't vote for him. Don't call his supporters stupid, espcially when you don't know why they support him.
-The evil typo demon and all of his typo evilness messing me up when I type.

If you're sick of getting pop-ups, try web-surfing with Mozilla Firefox. I've used it since version 0.7, and I promise you, that after using it, you'll never go back to Internet Exploiter again!

It is located at:

If you tell them to fight, they'll fight. But they need to be inspired, and let's face it, 'Superman'...the last time you really inspired anyone... was when you were dead." -- Batman, to Superman, Infinite Crisis, issue 1

Yeah Modzilla is the best!! I was getting tons of pop ups on IE and couldn't take it anymore. But with Modzilla, you get almost nothing. The only bad thing about Modzilla is that when you open a new window, the new window goes to the home page rather than the site you were at before.

I've got Mozilla Firefox too. A friend of mine online gave me the link to it... and I love it...

But something about my puter that annoys me.. I forgot to put on my other list I put up...

IE popping up anyways, despite my attempts to make it just go away.

and every time I completely shut down the mozilla browser... the puter doesn't like save my bookmarks, so if I don't have the sites written down or memorized I lose it completely.... figures.

Okay, has anyone else stumbled upon these stupid flash movies on random, normal looking sites that have some random grotesque image pop up and scare the shit out of you? Recently I'm been coming across these. An example is this flash movie I saw a while ago where they had optical illusions (which I love). Everything was going fine until the end where it says to look closely at this moving dot and suddenly this picture of some dismembered bloody body comes up with this screaming noise. I just came across a site on cfox that was one of those "Find the differences in the two pictures" and suddenly another one of those sick pictures comes up.

I know it sounds ridiculous, but I think they should have a warning so that people don't get heart attacks or something.

I fuckin totally completely agree. COMPLETELY.

That happened to me..someone posted a link on another forum i used to go to, and it said "look closely at the picture, you can see a ghost". So I was staring, and staring, and then suddenly this horrid, god-awful face flashed, with the loudest, most horrendous scream. I was so terrified that I covered my face and burst into tears while screaming, and derek had to run over and turn off my speakers.

Was this a really long flash movie that had images of possible ghosts? Urban Legends something-or-other? I think I saw this. When it said "Look Closely" "Look Really Closely!!!!" I knew what was going to happen so I turned around just in time, but I still heard the scream. Fuck, I hate these sites because shit like that seriously messes with me mentally.
