Weird Things Pets Chew On

I guess what I meant by "very weird" is up until now, I'd never heard of that behavior, so it was weird to me. Of course, it's not often people talk about what their pets chew on and such, and I've never had an inside dog. It does make sense, I suppose, but it's still odd. Or something. Anyway, the real reason I came to this topic was to add something...my cat HATES fingernail files/emery (or however you spell it) boards and practically destroys them at any chance she gets. We use them to get her all weirded out and she runs around the house for about an hour with her eyes really big and in "crazy cat mode" (those of you who have cats know what I'm talkin about.) She also occasionally bites toes (only if they're in socks, tho.) to let us know she wants out.

Heh... I know exactly what you're talking about, my cat does that just after you give him milk, I swear it! Milk makes him hyper, his eyes get all big, and it's like he's on speed! haha

When I was younger I had a dog, Shadow, and she ate the tale off of a McDonald's Little Mermaid toy.

Edit: And when my cat, Baby, is in heat she likes to bite the crap out of my arm.

same here, except it's a cat. My weird cat Blaze acts like a dog, and does everything like one even the panting ^^
