Tokyo Television broadcast.
Does anyone know how to watch the tokyo television channel on the internet in north america?
1) Have you bothered to search for this at ALL? If not, please use our dandy little search option we bothered to include.
2) I'm pretty sure Tokyo has more than one tv station o___O; can you be more specific, please?

Joey: The question is, Rachel, does he like you? ''Cuz if he doesn''t, then it''s all just a moo point.
Rachel: Huh...a...moo point?
Joey: Yeah. It''''s like a cow''s opinion. It doesn''t matter....It''s moo.

Do you mean TV Tokyo? That's an actual station. I don't know how you can watch it on the internet, though.

I think he meant literally WATCH TV online.. like streaming video ala Windows Media Player or Real Player... But yeah.. You **can** download several shows. People record them and digitize them for others to get.RoastedTwinkies wrote:You'd be surprised. You can download pretty much any show you can think of via IRC or BT.Sakuya wrote:You can watch TV on internet?!

No idea if it's possible to watch a live stream online, but you can certainly get TV Tokyo and several other Japanese channels via satellite in North America. My Japanese professor in college did this, as did several of her friends.
The International Channel also shows a fair bit of Japanese and Asian programming.

Really?! Cool!! If I remember correctly TV Tokyo is showing Sailor Moon right now, I believe they started airing it in 2000 and show one episode a week as they did when it first aired. If that's right they're on SuperS now? I could be wrong, I think that's also the channel PGSM airs on, but I could be wrong about that. It'd just be cool to watch Sailor Moon with Japanese commercials, lol.Ni-ban Neko wrote:No idea if it's possible to watch a live stream online, but you can certainly get TV Tokyo and several other Japanese channels via satellite in North America. It's on Kids' Station, a station that airs many old anime, a couple of their own, and some live-action shows here and there. Here's a link to the menu of the shows they air:usachan wrote:Really?! Currently they're on Sailor Moon S, this weekend showing the episodes "Believe in Love! Kind Soldier Ami" and "Shadow of Destruction! Messiah of Silence Awakens". They show two episode a weekend, Saturdays at 6:00 am and 6:30 am, and then they repeat those two episodes again on Sunday at 8:30 am and 9:00 am.
