Who else here has listened to this show?
I got sucked in by the end of the car crash part last year (specifically Alice's comment to Amy) and have signed up for the daily synopses.
For those not in the know, The Archers is a British radio soapie (the longest-running soap in the world) set in the rural village of Ambridge. The series airs on BBC Radio 4 in 15-minute episodes from Sunday to Friday, with the episodes repeated in an omnibus edition every Sunday morning.
Current and recent storylines include Brian's sleeping around with Siobhan, Emma's moving out with Will, Helen's starving herself (anyone able to tell me what's up with that? I haven't paid too much attention) and the "abduction" of the cricket team's mascot.
