The Suncoast in my hometown isn't closing as far as I know. But if it does close, well, my tagline says it all. (DISASTER!!!!! )
"Oh yeah. Someone is definitely tired of breathing." ("The Main Man", Part 1)

I'm writing this Sailor Moon/Green Lantern crossover AU fic called "Emerald Sunrise". It's a hybrid of Action/Adventure, Sci-Fi, Romance, and Comedy. It's about Ami (Sailor Mercury) getting a new boyfriend who just happens to be a member of The Green Lantern Corps. I'm also throwing in some other characters from other animes and some old Hanna-Barbera cartoons from the late '60's early '70's. I'm also illustrating it as well. Wish me luck. I'm gonna need it.

Well, as far as I know our suncoast isn't going anywhere, but I wouldn't really care if it did though..."Spirited Away for the special discount price of $.34.99!" Right suncoast..big discount

Then again..it's the only place that has more anime than Dragonball Z and Metropolis (aside from Best Buy) but they're so expensive >.<
::cries:: Its been forver!! And this place has changed... oh how I''ve missed it all ::hugs::

Dear Lord x_x SamGoody's like that, too. My mom got me Grave of the Fireflies last Christmas, but I didn't know it...Anyway, we were at BestBuy, and I saw it for like, 20 bucks, and I said "look mom, it's that DVD I want" and she goes "O_O 20 BUCKS?! I SPENT 35 ON IT!" so she bought the one at BestBuy and returned the other one.

Joey: The question is, Rachel, does he like you? ''Cuz if he doesn''t, then it''s all just a moo point.
Rachel: Huh...a...moo point?
Joey: Yeah. It''''s like a cow''s opinion. It doesn''t matter....It''s moo.

Suncoast occasionally has 1-day sales. I wish I'd bought the 2 Red Dwarf sets when they had them for $21 apiece.

Still, if the local one closed, I'd just take advantage of all their markdowns and sales.

A Suncoast I have around my neighborhood once had a discount on select Pioneer VHS's two summers ago (2 tapes for $10, and late 2 for $5): otherwise, they usually make you pay full price for anime. I buy most of my anime DVDs there, though I wish I had a Target or Best Buy in walking distance instead.

There are only two places where I get my anime:

DeepDiscountDVD.com

DVDPlanet.com

The Suncoast at the mall closest to my house just closed down. My siblings are NOT happy.
