This is just weird. I'm trying to figure it out, and I think I've almost figured out how it's doing it.

Edit: I just figured it out. Took me 8 minutes. But still, it's very amusing.

I remember the first time I saw that, I got it on about the third try. It's probably easier to get if, like me, you A: play a lot of cards and B:are a complete skeptic who assumed that the mind reading thing is impossible from the outset.

Be careful with this one, there is a bit of a pun involved. Dr. Spooner described his visit to a castle: "In the center of the fortress was the Palace Court. The gated entrance to this area was the court palace."

It took me a bit too, but eventually I got it. It's more a trick of the mind then actually "reading" the mind, and I can see now why they'd want you to contact them if it wasn't accurate. It would make a fun website game if you could accomplish the same thing in an HTML code.

Me: This is coming from the kid who doesn't know what Viagra is!
Ko: It's cold medicine, right?
Our Group: NO!!!
Me: Can I just say?
Dylan: Sure, it's no weirder than what normally comes out of your mouth.
Me: (says what)
Ko: .....What's that?
Me: ......*starts crying*
Carley: STEVE! STEVE GET OVER HERE AND TELL KO WHAT VIAGRA DOES!
Steve: See, it's like this: The bridge goes up and the soldiers rush out....

Tiff: Aww, you killed someone for me. That's so sweet in a f***ed up sort of way!

That was amusing. It took me a few tries, but I figured it out. I've seen better ones (ones that I still can't figure out).

Parakisu, explain this to me over AIM x__X Cuz I surely dont get how they do it.

EDIT: Well, now that it's been explained..I'm a bit disappointed. DAMN PROGRAM *SHAKES FIST*

But tricks of the mind and illusions are still pretty damn cool XD

Joey: The question is, Rachel, does he like you? ''Cuz if he doesn''t, then it''s all just a moo point.
Rachel: Huh...a...moo point?
Joey: Yeah. It''''s like a cow''s opinion. It doesn''t matter....It''s moo.

At first, I thought this was a well researched experiment dealing with the brain in some kind of way (0___o; sorry, can't think of the words).

What I mean is that it goes something like "A person who picks this number is more likely to pick this card" "A person who picked this symbol is more likely to have picked this card" kind of thing.

I figured it out on the first try. At first I was like "Wow! How'd it do that" then I was like.......
Wait a minute........Did they just take out all the cards? So I wrote the first choices all down and low and behold, they did.
Interesting thing ... if anyone actually scrolled to the bottom, you'd see a "Terms of Service" thing. Apparently, it's illegal for anyone under 18 to view that site.

http://www.readyourmind.net/Terms.html

As for how it works - I've seen ones like these a few times. The first time I ever saw it, I was 99% sure I knew what had happened, and on the second try I confirmed it.

Eep, I had to ask my Dad before I realised how it worked. I feel so stupid now! Cool trick, though. :)

Eh, I went and had a look at those terms and conditions. OK, I don't see why you have to be 18 to do that puzzle, that just seems bizzare.

Well, it's under Bob's spoiler, but if you want it plainer:
There are 12 picture cards in a deck: King, Queen, Jack in each of the four suits:Spades, Hearts, Clubs, and Diamonds. The page shows 6 of those, tells you to pick one, then when you click on the link, shows 5 of the other 6. I doesn't matter what you pick, because they're all gone. But you're so focused on your card that you don't think about all the others and see that they've changed as well.
*sighs* I showed it to my mom after she got home from work yesterday. She figured it out on the first try. -_-;; Then she explained it to me. I had no idea. It *is* fun, tho. I'll send it along to some friends of mine. Then I will torment them with the fact that I know how it works, and they don't! Bwahahaha!

Actually I found a page about this on Snopes.com a while back:

"That new girl? She seems kinda weird to me. And what kind of name is Buffy anyway?"
"Hey, Aphrodisia!"

If you're reading this, then you've lost the game.
