sailor moon megadrive game

Video games and anime sometimes tie in with each other, plus video games kick ass. =P Discuss them here.

A Megadrive that plays both American and Japanese games? Such a thing does not exist without modifying your system. And that voids your warranty. You'll just to have to get a Megadrive the good ol' legal way (and good luck to that..I'm not sure Sega even makes any of them anymore, and finding European/Japanese Maegadrives ia hard). Either that, or download the ROM. Nothing much else I can say.

Sega deosn't even manufacture the DreamCast anymore, what make you think they'd still make the Megadrive/Genesis?

If it is like all other cartridge games, probably sports no region protection other than not exactly fitting into your console. You have a slim chance of finding a Genesis system in your local GameStop, but your best best is your local pawn shop.
