The first one is pretty good, but damn! The second one kicks ass. I hope they go with that one.DistantMemory wrote:Well, since you asked, here you go!

This has been bugging me for a long time: the heart. Is the heart a person's soul/consciousness/what makes up what a person is, a force that keeps the person alive that is separate from the soul, or something else? Reading Ansem's reports and seeing several losses of heart throughout the game give a lot of evidence that can point either way. Feel free to ramble away, guys (if you so choose)!

I've been through another fanart, and this got me to thinking again. How do you compare the members of the S&K&R (Sora, Kairi, and Riku) trio to the members of the M&D&G (Mickey, Donald, and Goofy) trio in terms of personalities? I've seen one comparison go like this:
Sora <-> Goofy
Kairi <-> Mickey
Riku <-> Donald
This was in the fanart I saw, with Sora wearing Goofy's hat and sporting doggy ears, Kairi sporting Mickey ears, and Riku wearing Donald's hat. But I've also given this comparison some thought:
Sora <-> Mickey
Kairi <-> Goofy
Riku <-> Donald
I think both comparisons are correct, in some ways. What do you think?

What type of character job did you pick at the start of the game, out of warrior, guardian, and mystic? I picked warrior because I thought I would do better at the game, but personality-wise I think I'm a good mix of all three.

Jump around a lot and blast the hell out of them with magic, or beat them when they're standing still. Just be sure to have ethers, potions, or Valor form equipped for easy health/mana regen.

I just beat KH2! I must say this is one of the best sequels I have played in a long time!
The end with Sora and Riku running back to the Island honestly made me want to cry! I'm glad the series ended on such a sweet note and not a cliffhanger.
You are correct. I don't play that many games so I don't check this forum as often as I should.Alexclow345 wrote:Has anyone noticed that they're two Kingdom Hearts threads?

And really, why shouldn't we be afraid? In case you haven't heard, life is terminal. Cigarettes will kill you. So will your cellphone. Your car is a deadly weapon and alcohol is a quiet killer. Don't lick the lead-based paint on the walls. Don't lick the back of a postage stamp and certainly don't lick any strangers! That will bring you down quickly indeed. Don't drink the water but don't drink less than eight glasses a day. Your enviroment is toxic, your natural resources are dwindling, your days are numbered, but what ever you do, don't panic! The stress, don't you know, will kill you.

This is embarrassing, but I'm still stuck on Chain of Memories. I'm at the part where I have to battle Riku after coming out of Destiny Islands. Any good strategies?

Taken from the Gide Book.
This is probably the toughest battle thus far. Riku is TOUGH. He now uses his Dark Aura attack, which can take Sora from a full HP gauge to almost empty in 30 seconds, unless you card break the attack first. You'll need a card break to win this battle too.Keep a zero card or two at the start of your deck and move them out of the way. Use them only to card break Dark Aura.
Riku's attacks are also fast and hard to deflect. He also has the ability to break Sora's attacks easily. Add that to his amazing speed and you'll find yourself sweating to keep up. But if you can keep up you can pin Riku in a corner and attack him. He has Three HP bars.
And don't feel embarassed. I can'tget a seven card to move on in Agrabah sixth floor.
