Anyone buy Final Fantasy X-2?

Video games and anime sometimes tie in with each other, plus video games kick ass. =P Discuss them here.

I, too, have yet to buy this game, but I did rent it. This game it the BEST GAME EVER [IMO]. I love the controls, the way the battles are, the way the animation is, everything! But I think that the best part is that it's like "Charlie's Angels" for Final Fantasy. (Sometime's I make them all have the Guns, tee-hee ^^)

Oh, and I didn't like the american version of the song much,
thank god it isn't acctually Yuna!
I rented it FFX-2 and.... OMG I love this game!!!!! :D But I should've gone ahead and bought it. I was hoping to get it for Christmas...

It's like magical gir anime meets Charlie's Angel's and pop music or something. It's so addictive and I love the transformations. They're so pretty *_*. It would make a good shoujo or fantasy anime.

My only complaint is the music. It sucks for the most part, IMO except for Real Emotions (which I still have to hear in Japanese). I also miss the FF victory music at the end of the battles.

I'm not too crazy about some of the crazy battle angles either but it's ok.

And you guys are right. Paine's voice would've been perfect for dub Uranus!

I miss the victory music, too. Derek and I were like "T_T WHERE IS THE MUSIC!" So now, everytime he defeats a battle, I do the music XD;;
x_x God, Paine's voice reminds me too much of dubbed Uranus, and it sends bad shivers down my spine.

Aw I think Paine's voice is a lot better than dub Uranus because she doesn't sound like a heartless android to me. :P

The voices that make me cringe the most are all the kids' voices. Eww... especially Shinra's. >_<

Well, Paine's voice is good for her, but neither one is good for Haruka, IMO. Paine's dub voice sounds close enough (not as close as I'd like, but it's not horrid) to her original voice, whereas Haruka's dub voice sounds nothing like her original's. BOTH sound too flat and monotone for Haruka, period.

When playing the game, I kinda saw a little bit of Usagi in Rikku. Yes, don't ask why, I just feel that way. Ditzy, but can still be mature and calm at times.

I bought this game as soon as it came out. I was obsessed with Final Fantasy X-2 for about a month.

But sadly, I don't play it anymore because I beat it on Christmas Eve. Took me 40 hrs. but it was certainly worth it!

It depends, really. There are 4 possible endings: Bad, Average, Good, and Perfect

I understand that you're new, so I won't be harsh on you, but when revealing endings like that, please use the spoiler code tag. It puts it in a black box with black text, so only people who want to know can read it. However, if it's clear that the topic will contain spoilers, you don't have to. But in something like this, please use the spoiler code. I edited out the spoiler you had, so all you have to do is edit your post using the spoiler tags. Thanks!
There are 4 possible endings:

Bad Ending: Everyone dies.

Normal Ending: About 10mins. long

Good Ending: The Normal Ending, plus a little bonus movie that's about 5 mins. long

Perfect Ending: Normal Ending, Good Ending, plus another small movie about 3mins. long.

You have to do different things to obtain different endings.
Hope it wasn't too complicated(again) lol.

Ending question... And I also beat the game today!
I got the normal ending. And it was so-so. It could've been worse. The best part was seeing Gippal and what's his name with the silvery hair in it. ^____^ Anyway how do you get the bad ending? I thought there were three, not four.

Final Fantasy X-2? I'm still trying to get through Final Fantasy X =D

Looking forward to playing it when I finish FFX, though.
The Strategy Guide said you have to die when you're fighting Vegnagun. I'm not sure, though, because I beat Vegnagun on my first try. I got the good ending.
Damn. I completly messed up my stradegy guide. I was busy playing the game, I started feeling sleepy, and passed out. The next thing I know, my cheecks are sitting on top of my drool and finds out his book is wet. In other words, I accidently wet my book, as in, it's pages.
