Well, that's pretty freakin awesome. ^^

Joey: The question is, Rachel, does he like you? ''Cuz if he doesn''t, then it''s all just a moo point.
Rachel: Huh...a...moo point?
Joey: Yeah. It''''s like a cow''s opinion. It doesn''t matter....It''s moo.

A pretty good write up on what to expect. The one thing that caught my eye:

"Online voting will determine the winners, and gamers can cast multiple ballots on SpikeTV.com. "

That alone is the reason I ain't bothering to watch. :P

Only seen 1/2 hour so far (had to watch smackdown) and I'm glad that I didn't miss the WWE inter-promo match, but so far besides that match, nothing's really impressed me, and even the match was short and a tad uneventful, though I kinda expected that. I liked Gphoria this summer, but this VGA Spike is having seems to be more celebrities getting together with some video games mentioned rather than focused on video games.

That was such a waste of airtime. I heard Nascar Thunder was the driving game of the year (Have these people heard of Gran Turismo 3?), I didn't care for the musical acts, and they could have at least shown the nominees (I would have cared about that more than some 3 minute video). If I wanted to see a wrestling match, I'd break out the tapes, and if I wanted to see gratuitious nudity, I'd break out the OTHER tapes. I hate to sound negative but that's the way it is.

Oshie, I missed it. Can anyone tell me what won what? Rather, did Ratchet and Clank win anything? *evil Dub Mistress Nine laughter*

Nope, Sailor X, Ratchet and Clank didn't win anything, it wasn't even nominated for anything. Most of the stuff that won was sports games or shooters, I think. The only one I can really remember that wasn't one of those is FFXI winning best online game...

And apparently the show was such a success that they're doing another one next year...ugh

GT3 came out back in 2001, junior, so it can't be nominated.

It wasn't. The arena was far from filled to capacity and nobody liked the show. Even one of the bigshots from Bungie apologied for even attending.
