BTW, the lightbulb game is called "Pedal Power". The trick to winning? Once you start spinning, DON'T STOP OR SLOW DOWN!!!

My favorite games (I own the classic and I've played #2) are Running of the Bulb, Hot Rope Jump, and Mario Bandstand as long as I'm not conductor. I have NO FREAKING IDEA how to win being the conductor.

I had that problem too...but here's how you do it:

When the cursor hits the note move the Control Stick in the specified direction.

Example: Your pattern is top, left, bottom, right
You would move the Stick up, left, down, right

BTW, I've played the N64 trilogy of Parties...here's hoping for a GameCube trilogy!

Okay, so it's hitting the note ON THE DOT and not a second before? The instruments are a heck of a lot funner, dont'cha think? I like the violin best. My friends have a hard time concentrating when I start yelling "Violin Tide!"

Yeah I agree that the instruments are more fun...but you could always sing/scream the Outers transformation song when you have the violin...although you'd probably get your controls shoved down your thoat...

What character do you use when you play? I use Peach, because she has high speed

I always use Peach too. That's a novel idea, screaming the Outer's transformation. As for the physical abuse I'd get, I expect strangling. I would most definantly be strangling. I also like that mushroom game. I always win when I'm playing with my friends because I get near the edge of the correctly colored mushroom and eight times out of ten they either jump up and can't get past me, falling into the water, or they bounce off my head.

Here's a tip for "Mushroom Mixup":

Right after all the mushrooms come back to the surface, go back to the center black mushroom. You'll be able to access the other mushrooms quicker.

I've won every time I've done this, so hope it helps!

That's what I always do! Great minds think alike, eh? What's your favorite board? I love that star one, or is that a different Mario Party? If it is, then my second favorite is Peach's Birthday Cake.

2: Horror land (because I can call Peach 'Sailor Peach' if I win!), and Western Land (like the music)

Yeah, it started as an ongoing joke between my cousin and I. I started calling our four players Sailor Mario (CPU), Sailor Luigi (her), Sailor Peach (me), and Sailor Yoshi (my sister), and it stuck!

Yeesh, Sailor DK is kinda freaky as is.

But Sailor Wario is even worse!

It's a real bummer that DK isn't in Party 5 as a playable....

That was pretty good! The only thing I ever screamed when I won was "Super Star Power, make up!" or something like that.

DK is not a playable in Party 5...he DOES run certain Mini-Games, though...
