What are some of the hardest games you have ever played? Mine is Sonic Riders. Story mode is really hard.

Devil May Cry and Devil May Cry 3 on Dante Must Die Mode are probably the most difficult things i've ever done in a video game
Favorite Senshi: Saturn and Jupiter
If I had a Henshin phrase it would be: Dragon Master Power! Armor Up!

A shrine without girls is like Miso Soup without the Miso - Grandpa Hino
The human body can be drained of blood in 8 seconds given adequate vaccuuming systems - River - Firefly

I think the hardest games are 2-d shooters like Ikaruga and Radiant Silvergun. It's all about pattern memorization and muscle memory, and if you're our of position, you're dead.
Things I think Are Funny Early in the Morning: If Batman were a Smurf: "Quick, Robin! We must smurf down to the Batcave and smurf the Batplane! Then we must smurf the batsmurf so we can smurf where the Joker is smurfing!"

The Croonerism Spate (explanations upon request)
Be careful with this one, there is a bit of a pun involved. Dr. Spooner described his visit to a castle: "In the center of the fortress was the Palace Court. The gated entrance to this area was the court palace."

Shinobi for the PS2, definitely one of the hardest (but most fun) games ever made.

The hardest game I have ever played would be Siren, a survival horror game for the PS2. The characters are very weak and often defenseless, whereas the enemies are rather strong and carry guns which can kill you in two hits.

The original Ghosts and Goblins for the NES. This game was bloody impossible and you had to play through it twice in order to win.

I never could win it without a cheat code.

I've always thought Final Fantasy 5 was pretty dang hard. Just because there's SOOOOO many classes (like Black Mage, Red Mage, ect.) that you have to train, in order to use certain types of magic, so many types of equipment you have to purchase, the enemies get freakishly hard later in the game for no reason...

I dunno, maybe I'm just too lazy to train my characters ^^;;

Fire Emblem: Thracia 776
otherwise known as FE5.

I've managed to beat it but... I doubt I could beat this FE without save state abuse... *sweatdrop* this game is hard as hell... and it's also fun. ^_^

Only people who have played this game will know what I'm talking about: Master Mode on Gitaroo Man. It's probably the most challenging, yet insanely fun, music game out there, and I wore out a controller playing it.

FYI: This game was a cult favorite that used to be impossible to find, but it's undergone a second print run, so check EB Games or Gamestops. There is also Gitaroo Man Lives! which is being released for the PSP, but it may only be a port.

Ouch, yeah that was hard.

I still can't get past lvl. 7 on Master Mode.

(great game though) :)

It's been terribly long since I've played the game, so I can't recall which baddie is in the 7th, but I'm very thrilled to find another fan. Even in Normal Mode I tend to have trouble with Gregorio's level (because I adore him so and I tend to start watching him instead of the button presses), so I'm stuck on his level in Masters. The Son Bone Trio was pure Hell, though.

Was I the only one who thought The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask was insanely hard? I mean, I know there are ways to stop and slow down time, but come on! I just feel like I can't get everything done in a "three day" time limit, I guess. Especially when it comes to trying to save the world. ^^;

^ I always was annoyed with the time limit in MM, I found myself having to rush doing things, and I just don't like myself feeling timed and under pressure, I like doing things at my own pace XD.

Anyways, I can't really think of a game that was EXTREMLY hard at the top of my head, though the old Megaman games were pretty hard.

I agree about Zelda: MM, which I still haven't beaten. I don't care how long a time limit is; I still hate them! What really got me irked in MM was I had no choice but to turn back the time once, and what I built up in a side mission was completely erased.

At least I got to meet the Keaton, though; I love that little Pikachu rip-off.
