MOD EDIT: Merged with existing Sims topic, as people there were already talking about The Sims 2.
The same cheat that works on The sims 2 works here too !! just push to code to get to code bar up, (it's in your manual how you do that) type in motherlode and press enter, after that you have 50.000 !! :D

I love the sims 2, I was addicted to the first game but The sims 2 is even better, but I miss some object from the sims 1 but I'm sure they will come back with expansion packs

I hate the Sims. I find it lame. It's just for people that don't have real lives so they have to live a fake one out in a game.

Now, now, that was kinda uncalled for and extremely rude.

I myself LOVE this game, even though I haven't played it for a few days, and I do have a life (won't go through the trouble of listing what I do).

Geez... I'm not against people saying they don't like a game but PLEASE try to be polite or something u_u...

Ahem: "Boner"

Consider yourself warned for your little comment. While it's not a problem at all to dislike a game for whatever reason, there was NO need to insult everyone in this thread by making that comment about their having no lives. Next time you insult anyone on the forums, you will be temporarily banned, so please watch what you say to others here.

That is MY opinion of the game. I am not putting down the people here for owning it, I am voicing my personal opinion about the game. Since when did my opinion matter to any of you? Just because I say it's for people without lives doesn't make that the definition just because I said so. That is MY personal thought about it and was in no way to call people losers in any way. It' MY OPINION OF IT. Some people here are pretty uptight.

Yes, as I said before, you are entitled to your opinion of the game, but at the same time, you have to follow the rules set about by these forums in regards to those opinions, specifically the following:

"Name-calling, directly insulting another member, and offensive words will NOT be tolerated. Any member doing so will be warned and asked to change their behavior in that topic."

Whether it was your intention or not, you DID say that "it's just for people that don't have real lives", which has been considered an insult toward the people who have expressed interest in these games. Further, I warned you politely about this matter, yet you returned with a rather rude and unnecessary comment by calling us "uptight", something that will not be tolerated.

I'm giving you a week-long ban from the site so that you might think about how you want to address both the users and the mods of this site. If your attitude does not change when you return, you will be permanently banned from the site upon further rule infractions.

C-ko is growing up into a beautiful little girl. Lazlo stops his bath in order to witness this wonderful event. In his excitement though, he forgets to dress appropriately.

Note: Neither the picture or the game has been tampered with in any way. What you see before you is all the game's doing.

As we go off-topic...

Not even The Sims are safe after the San Andreas "Hot Coffee" fiasco.

Which goes on to show how paranoid the politicians are about content, and how the warez/hacker community are tarnishing the reputation of the ratings system.
"After all these years, you know it's not about control. It's about trying to do everything I can. And for you, it's about setting an example. Everyone looks up to you. They listen to you. If you tell them to fight, they'll fight. But they need to be inspired, and let's face it, 'Superman'...the last time you really inspired anyone... was when you were dead." -- Batman, to Superman, Infinite Crisis, issue 1

I used to play the PS2 version of The Sims. The only thing different about it from the PC version that I could see is that it has a "life game" option that has you accomplish goals in your life to actually "beat" the game instead of just playing for no real reason other than killing time.

I thought I'd bump this topic from the dead...To say how much I love The Sims franchise. I'd thought I'd make a new topic for Sims 2 stuff, but I saw someone already had and it got locked, so I decided against it. ^^;

I made two anime families, on the Sims 2, last night. The Nohara family (Shin-chan's family) and the Tsukino family, even with the custom hair and everything. So far I've only played the Tsukino family. I have the original game, plus University, plus Nightlife. I tried to get Seasons at one point, but I think that game was malfunctioned or something.

I also have some PS2 Sims games (The Sims, The Sims: Bustin Out, and The Urbz: Sims in the City). But I obviously don't play those ones as much, because I'm too preoccupied with The Sims 2 on my PC. But I do like the idea of the mission mode in Bustin' Out.

According to Wikipedia, there's gonna be a Sims movie made. And The Sims 3 should be released sometime in 2009.

I never thought i'd say this but i'm actually getting bored of the sims. I have a few sims 2 expansion packs but i still only play for a half hour at a time before getting bored :( But on the plus side it was a life saver whenever it was a rainy day, which is basically every day in Britain. 8)

I made Usagi once. I also attempted to make some characters from Silent Hill.

The ony problem with the sims, especially the 2nd one, is that it takes forever to load.
