I got Valkyrie Profile 2: Silmeria today.

Its definitly worth getting if you like RPG's. Its a bit of a learning curve from final fantasy but it doesnt take long to get the hang of it.

From what I can tell so far you dont have to have played the first game to be able to play this one, but you will notice characters and stuff if you have played the first one.

This game takes place centuries before the first game so its not really a sequal.

It's EB Games' employee appreciation weekend, raising my discount to 25%. So needless to say with my first check there today, I picked up a bunch of used games (with ana dded 10% off with the Edge card, the discounts stack XD).

Re-bought DDR Ultramix 1 an DOA Ultimate for Xbox. I say rebought because those were two of the games that got stolen from me back in the beginning of 2005 that I really wanted back.

Also picked up Gitaroo Man, which is awesome, and the Sonic Gems Collection for the Cube.

I missed the Wii shipment by an hour. >.< Had I known we were getting a shipment in today, I would've gotten over there much sooner. But I did pickup the classic controller for it. Best part of that is that it was used (it was my boss' that he got for being the store manager that he traded in) so my discount actually went towards it as well as the edge card discount, so it was only like $12. XD

Karaoke Revolution Party.

It's got a LOT more stuff than the original KR...it's got a section where you can hook up your DDR pad, and dance to the songs. It's got tons of chars to choose from, or you can make one to look like you. There are a lot of good songs, too.

Joey: The question is, Rachel, does he like you? ''Cuz if he doesn''t, then it''s all just a moo point.
Rachel: Huh...a...moo point?
Joey: Yeah. It''''s like a cow''s opinion. It doesn''t matter....It''s moo.

I dont have the game you mentioned but its cool that it uses the DDR pad. I really think there should be other games made for that pad. An RPG like Valkyrie Profile where the fight mechanics uses the different PS2 buttons would work good with the pad, and Im sure there are other things they could do with it.

I bought Super Princess Peach and Super Mario 64 DS on Sunday. I haven't played them yet because they're Christmas presents but I've read good reviews on them. I've wanted to play Princess Peach since she first appeared in Mario games long ago so I'm so excited that she has her own game. And I have the original Super Mario 64 and I heard this was just as good so I HAD to get it.

A week or so ago, I rebought Halo 2: CE from a friend, continuing the rebuying of games that were taken from me which I wanted back. Also, my brother got my Xbox back from our friend the other night, so once I get it fixed, I can finally play my long lost games again, as well as finally play Ultramix 4.

For Christmas, I got Final Fantasy III (DS) and Mario vs Donkey Kong 2 (DS). ^_^

My brother also got me 2,000 Wii points, just further adding to my collection of Wii merchandise without the Wii itself. ;_;

.hack//G.U: Rebirth and DDR: Super Nova for Christmas. DDR is obviously fun. I think people will only really Rebirth if they're a .hack fan, although it's A LOT better than the original games.

I bought FF3 for the DS. Haven't played it yet but I did watch the opening video and it was pretty sweet.

I'm a little worried though since they didn't bring it over when it originally came out for the Nintendo. For all I know it could really suck.
