And the cows do the same thing! ^^ And their moos are a lot funnier than the sheeps' baas, IMO.

In all of your games, who did you marry?

Back to Nature: Elli (I also would have gone for the other girls)
Friends of Mineral Town: Ann (I also would've gone for the others)
A Wonderful Life: Celia (I would've also gone for Nami, though I feel sorry for Muffy)
Another Wonderful Life: Gustafa (I also would've gone for Rock or Marlin)

Original Harvest Moon: Maria
Back to Nature: I've had enough games to marry all the girls. Currently, I'm married to Ann.

I dunno, the cow moos in AWL kinda sound like dinosaurs when they are angry....

AWL: Celia, she just seemed to be the easiest.

Sorry about replying to such an old topic, but I love HM too! I started way back on the original SNES version, and have played nearly every version since. ^.^
Who's getting the girl's versions of FoMT and AWL?

I'm definantly getting the Girls version of AWL if they release it in English. I highly enjoy playing as a girl, and I heard there are some cool new features :D

Me: This is coming from the kid who doesn't know what Viagra is!
Ko: It's cold medicine, right?
Our Group: NO!!!
Me: Can I just say?
Dylan: Sure, it's no weirder than what normally comes out of your mouth.
Me: (says what)
Ko: .....What's that?
Me: ......*starts crying*
Carley: STEVE! STEVE GET OVER HERE AND TELL KO WHAT VIAGRA DOES!
Steve: See, it's like this: The bridge goes up and the soldiers rush out....

Tiff: Aww, you killed someone for me. That's so sweet in a f***ed up sort of way!

I would love to get the girl versions of those game. But I don't know the release dates for them (not even the Japanese release dates)! Anyone know when they're coming out?

I believe the release date for the English version of Friends of Mineral Town is in early January. Dunno 'bout AWL though.
They're already out in Japan.

So, I just picked up Magical Melodies today. It's a really cute game, and seems to combine the best of the previous HM games.

Anyone else buy it/plan to buy it? ^_^

I didn't know that game was supposed to be out so soon! OoO;;

Anyway, what's it all about? I completely forgot about it until just now.

The game is more or less the same as any HM Game: you farm, you fish, you make friends, you fall in love.
There is a bit of a plot to it: (very minor spoilers:)
The Harvest Goddess has turned to stone, and you have to collect Musical Notes in order to rescue her. You get the notes by doing various things, such as shipping crops, walking certain amounts of steps on your pedometer.
