Who's seen this anime? I saw a preview for it awhile ago, and fell in love with the song. Then I finally bought the DVD. It's a sequel to the Cutey Honey series from the 70's. Honey is a android created to fight the Panther Claw, and to look like Dr. Kisaragi's former daughter. The New Cutey Honey OVA takes place after the first TV show. It's about Dolmeck who is trying to revive Honey's old nemisis, Panther Zora. There are 8 episodes, but while the first 4 episodes have an ending, the next four DON'T.

Cutey Honey is filled with nudity and fanservice, for all you pervs out there. =P

I like Cutey Honey all right, but I love the song more ^^; when I went to see Kumi Koda at Ushicon this year, she sang that song =D It kicked much ass.

Which do you like better? The Japanese one or the second one (English)?

I like them both, but the second one is more catchy. ^^

I have the movie and New Cutey Honey on DVD. After watching the movie enough times to think that the phenomenon was aimed at kids, I figure New Cutey Honey and Cutie Honey The Live are a rather pleasant shock to the system.
