Has anyone seen this series. If you have what do you think about it? I think it is a cute series and want to see more. I wish Bandi would hurry up and release the second volume.

I bought the first volume of it Sunday. I think it is *amazingly* adorable, and I'm definately going to continue the series. I think it would be hard *not* to like it. The art style reminds me a little of CLAMP.

I have volumes 2, 3, 4, and "Galaxy Angel Z vol. 1. :D I need Vol. 1 of Galaxy Angel. It's a great series if you're into Sci-fi comedies.
"Oh yeah. Someone is definitely tired of breathing." ("The Main Man", Part 1)

I'm writing this Sailor Moon/Green Lantern crossover AU fic called "Emerald Sunrise". It's a hybrid of Action/Adventure, Sci-Fi, Romance, and Comedy. It's about Ami (Sailor Mercury) getting a new boyfriend who just happens to be a member of The Green Lantern Corps. I'm also throwing in some other characters from other animes and some old Hanna-Barbera cartoons from the late '60's early '70's. I'm also illustrating it as well. Wish me luck. I'm gonna need it.

My sister is into the anime, but I'm not really into it. It's kinda funny and cute, but for the most part it's just girls jiggling and things blowing up. Which, on some occasions, is fun, but I'm just not into that genre much.

Emma: What do you think? Superpowers, a scintillating wit and the best body money can buy... and I still rate below a corpse. ::storms off in a huff::

It's supposed to be about a group of 5 girls who have a mission to find the "Lost Technology." But since no one knows what it is, they just get sent on odd jobs and get in weird and silly situations. I have DVD volumes 2 and 3 of the first season and think the characters are pretty goofy, which is a good thing. My favorite character is Vanilla because she's so unemotional and yet does goofy things too in her own quiet way. I like the part where Millfeuille (sp?) is looking for Vanilla's lost item and she keeps coming back with all these values and Vanilla keeps throwing them silently out the hatch with no change of expression while everyone else panicks. That's my favorite episode so far.

Yes, I like the food names thing in general, too. I think the legendary pastry from one of the episodes (starring Millefueille) got into one of my dreams too though Usagi and Shiingo were in it instead of Galaxy Angel characters. My brain was having fun with subconscious crossovers, I guess...

it sounds like the anime is really different from the manga! In the manga they have a VERY specific mission: to protect Prince Shiva. There's still a lot of goofy stuff, but still, the mission is pretty much always right there. I had a feeling the anime would be really different.
