Isn't I.N.V.U. a manwa? I think that is what TokyoPop's site said. That will probably be my first manwa then ^_^ I hope to get it soon.

Never reead any manwa, but here are my favorite/least favorite manga;

Favorite manga

Yokohama Kaidashi Kikou- it's amazing how a series about nothing (literally) can be so damn gripping. Love the art, too.

Ranma 1/2- although I like the 10 episodes of the anime I've seen, I like the manga a little bit more. Plus I don't have to hear Hayashibara Megumi as Ranma-chan all the time (usually I like her voice, but I can't STAND HER as Ranma-chan).

Dragonball- much better than the anime. Funnier and less fillery, too.

Pocket Monsters Dengeki Pikachu- dangit, why hasn't there been an OAV series of this manga yet?

Azumanga Daioh- one word: hilarious. I can't wait for ADV to release the anime.

Least favorite manga

Excel Saga- it's just so damn boring. And two of the most hilarious characters from the anime (Nabeshin and Pedro) aren't in it at all. Anyone who thinks the manga is better probably gave up on the anime before seeing it the whole way through.

Bishojou Senshi Sailor Moon- I'm sorry, guys, I really, really am. But I can't stand Takeuchi Naoko's art style. Granted, I love the story and characters, and there's so much more detail than the anime, but it doesn't matter much if I can't stand the art style itself. Except for a few color pictures, I think her drawing is mediocre at best.

Pita Ten- rehashed story, annoyingly clingy female lead, sub-par writing..the only thing going for it is cute art.

Maison Ikkoku- one of the best romantic comedy dramas of all time? Yeah right. Crappy art, drawn-out plot, and awful characters (especially the female side characters) aren't what I'd call a classic manga.

FLCL- wow, it's even worse than the OAVs. And the art is just plain terrible.

the Sailormoon manga is easily my favorite. I think it's better than the anime version in almost every way. The story is deeper, most of the Sailor Senshi are portrayed better, and the art is incredible.

I'm also a fan of CLAMP but it's mostly for their artwork. heh I haven't read much manga in general. The only thing I've actually read by CLAMP is volume 1 of Magic Knight Rayearth

I really enjoy the Sailor Moon manga and Fake.

Sailor Moon is beautifully done. I love the art. It is a bit confusing though, but that's okay.

Fake is hilarious. The artwork is cool too.

I love them both because they're the only ones I have...for now. :P
