this topic is old but i'm restarting it i guess. I was looking for a specific anime and i came acroos this. it was interesting until that krystal chick got banned. she wasn't the only one off topis though. somebody changed the subject from perverts to porn and strip mahjong (sorry if misspelled... is that spelled right?) anyway i have seen the movie and i recall the story of the dude with the four wives and six kids. dude is a pervert. anyway i would have to agree with hideki from chobits and grandpa hino. and i just can't imagine fish eye as a guy. did he/she still target the males?

Yes, Fisheye was originally male, and yes, he did target only males.

Well, unless I just missed it, no one mentioned Kadowaki from Hikaru no Go. He only shows in one episode in the regular series, but one of the things he does in his 10 minute appearance is start ogling some of the older female insei. Overall, I'd say his perversion to appearance ratio matches that of most of your regular perverts in other shows, considering that of that ten minutes, a full minute was dedicated to his personal flaws.

A few in Bleach. Usually, they're put in a jokes or filler comedy, but it's still brilliant.

Kon: seriously, he leaps at Orihime because she's busty, and always gets beaten. As a stuffed Lion. Plus, when he's in Ichigo's body he runs around trying to look up girl's skirts because "It's not my reputation that's ruined." XD

Keigo Asano: Kinda the same thing as Kon, but not as bad. He freaks out around Matsumoto (unsurprisingly) and gets the same result that Kon gets. Rather standard, actually, and not as funny. Kind of old after a while, honestly...

Lisa Yadomaru: They introduce the visards... and her first main scene, she's shown looking at swimsuit models. She wears a schoolgirl outfit, and reads erotic manga multiple times daily. ... XD This = funny as hell.
