To anyone with the Evangelion Platinum DVDs...

Post by DistantMemory » Sat Sep 23, 2006 10:26 pm

You know those little booklets that come in the platinum DVDs for the Neon Genesis Evangelion series? I don't have the 7th volume, so I was just curious if anyone could type of the summaries of the episodes that were in the booklet. Or at least scan the page(s) that they are in. ^^; Thanks in advance.

In a second question, since I like those booklets, are the booklets included when you buy the thinpack box of the platnum discs? I have the first three discs, but with the price I've seen the box for, I've been thinking of getting that rather than finish getting the individual discs, but the availbility of the booklets in that may sway my decision for that since I like having them.

back on-topic, if I get ahold of the 7th booklet, I'll gladly scan them for you. ^_^

I wish I knew. I bought the first 6 individual discs, and the thinpack box probably wouldn't be able to fit the booklets anywhere in the box or the DVD containers. ^^;

Yay! Thanks a lot! ^.^

The thinpack does not contain the inserts or any of the extras that come with the singles. Dan, you might consider saving up your money to get the 10th Anniversary box set wich comes with:
* Contains every video extra ever created for Evangelion
* Special commemorative art booklet
* Limited-edition EVA 10th anniversary jacket
* The Notenki Memoirs autobiography
* Neon Genesis: Angelic Days manga
* And more
It's expensive but considering what it comes with it might be worth it depending on how much you like Eva.
Everybody was a baby once, Arthur. Oh, sure, maybe not today, or even yesterday. But once. Babies, chum: tiny, dimpled, fleshy mirrors of our us-ness, that we parents hurl into the future, like leathery footballs of hope. And you''ve got to get a good spiral on that baby, or evil will make an interception.
